What annoys you the most about WWECW?

I'm holding this up to a higher standard because it's called ECW. If they gave it a different name, there wouldn't be any expectations to uphold, but since they insist on calling this ECW, we have no choice but to compare it to the ECW of old.

The main problems lies with having DQs in their matches (what kind of pansy shit is that?) and not displaying nearly as many daring maneuvers as in the past. I can deal with more bigger wrestlers, more new faces, the occasional outsider, heck, I can even put up with that talentless **** Kelly Kelly and the shitty entrance themes. If they correct these two problems, it will live up to the ECW name and be a show worth watching. For now, it's just a "C" brand of sports entertainment.

Wait till C.M. punk and Moore arrive,RVD comes back,and Sabu has better compotition with the before mentioned and you'll get the moves.I do agree about the Kelly chick though,she is terrible.Mike Knox is a joke,but his upcoming series with Sandman should turn out watchable at least.All in all,ECW will turn out to be fine in the longrun as long as everyone hangs in their and keeps up with it.

Such as matches being WWE rules unless specified as an extreme rules match. Bullshit. Its in the name, Extreme Championship Wrestling. It's SUPPOSED to be extreme because it was MADE to be extreme.

Here's the problem with ECW: the format. I guess you can chalk it up to only having an hour, but after all the sketches and commercials, there's only time for one real match (tonight, that will be Big Show vs. Undertaker, unfortunately) and two squash matches. You've noticed that every show up to this point has followed this formula, right? There is some promising talent set to debut or return, esp. CM Punk, but what opportunity will they have to showcase their talent - in a squash match against Stevie Richards, Justin Credible or Al Snow? The same even holds true for Sabu - aside from maybe Roadkill, all of his competition on TV has been weak so far.

As for Sandman & Mike Knox - it would be nice if they had a match tonight, but chances are it won't be No Rules if there is one. However, I get the feeling that they're going to save it for a PPV. And I am praying that Sandman doesn't have to put Knox over.

ECW has a special timeslot tonight, 11 PM. Does that mean that we're going to see Kelly Kelly strip? Fat chance, but that won't stop Vinnie Mac from teasing the naive little kids out there.

theres a lot of things that annoy me with it, the two biggest are kelly which is just a waste of time, and the sandman squash matches, ya we get it he's good! sandman should be in normal matches like everyone else, and be in the title hunt

I agree with all those points....timeslot and squash matches.The reasoning behind it is to let the new guys look good without taking away from each other.Example,Al Snow has done the "job" his whole career.Yes he's an ECW origional,but a jobber.So what happens???He does the job again against Test,who is going to be huge in ECW.Why,because he is talented.Granted he has not had a chance to show it yet,but once again,in time.Same with Richards.He was hired to make the bigger guys look good,like Sabu.This is going to be the formula until the average wrestling fan catches up with us,the solid wrestling fans,or the "anal retentive"wrestling fan.It's what is called a "draw" period in the buisness,where it slows long enough to make someone famous,then run with him.WCW,WWE,ECW,hell...TNA,they all do it and it will not stop.Once again,give the new ECW time and it will impress you.Watch.

get the wwe guys out!! but they cant cause they dont have enough old ecw talent, bring back as many ecw guys as you can!!....they need to go to tna and start getting back the dudley boys, shane douglas, who ever i dont really know who all is there hell i havent watch more than hand full of shows since ecw died......where is mike awsome, tanaka, kid kash, my all time favorite NEW JACK!! as for the music you cant blame wwe, they gotta have permission to use songs like "enter sandman" which i must say without it, it kills his intro! but at least they are trying better than nothing....maybe after some time things will get better....paul haymen is just doing the best he can with what he has got.

I am excited for guys like CM Punk, "The Reject" Shannon Moore, and even to see Balls Mahoney start wrestling again. I miss not getting to see Beulah, and Francine. Just having Kelly Kelly around is getting old real fast and that weird gypsy chic is really stupid.
I hate the fact that the tag team division is already just as bad as all of WWE is. I hate the fact there is no ECW television Title. I hate the fact that Paul Heyman sounds like Vince McMahon ever tuesday night now. I hate the fact that guys like Sandman and Tommy Dreamer look like roadkill for hopped up steriod freak wannabe wrestlers. I hate the fact ECW wreslters our called 'extremists" I hate the fact that Sabu is squashing old ecw talent like Justin Credible and Stevie Richards. and most of all i hate the fact that the Big Show holds the ECW heavyweight title.
Like many of the previous posters, were are the rivalaries? Were is the creativity in putting together an ECW show? Why is there such a thing as an extreme rules match? Isn't ECW supposed to be ECW? Please, someone save ECW before it dies a second time at the hands of Vince!!!!

I have no problem with ECW and i have no problem with WWE superstars becoming a part of ECW. The only thing I have a problem with is the complete lack of a storyline, and the fact that instead of making ECW superstars title contenders, the Big Show puts his title on the line against a WWE superstar every week. First Ric Flair, then the Undertaker.....if you're going to put the Big Show in ECW, have him wrestle ECW people. Throw him in a match against the Sandman or something like that. make a storyline....it seems like the only reason they brought it back is to show how superior the WWE superstars are over ECW superstars

So what if its 1 hour? TNA uses 1 hour to there shows and they do a great job of making storylines.

I get annoyed by the fact that WWECW uses their one hour as an excuse. They could still put up good non-squash matches in that one hour like TNA does. TNA does not complain about using 1 hour to the show they just put 3-4 solid matches.

I also get annoyed that it is repitition every week. start off with a squash match, Kelly's Expose, another squash match and a border-line good main event.

It will never be the original. All matches should be extreme rules and they should showcase new talent instead of bringing in established WWE talent that doesn't wrestle in the true style of ECW. Prediction: Paul Heyman is disgusted and disassociates with WWE on bad terms in the future.

What annoys me the most is that ECW sucks!Did you see last nights show.What a waste of time.They take out 5 secounds to show you Shannon moore.Then they take out 5 minutes for kellys strip tease followed by a poor match which sandman lost.They ruined the main event with the great khali interfering....LAst weeks show sucked too the only good part was the main event.It seems they only care about there main event and then poeple say TNA sucks look at SD!(some ppl say it sucks but I think its ok jus need to get rid of alot of gimmicks)and ECW.I think TNA is better than both of em.

History lession WWF(screw this wwe b.s.) was paying for ECW back when it WAS EC F'N W. This new BS is vince, being a moron and not knowing when its time for a change
