Weekly Raw Returns...Is This Getting Stale?

Im not it adds some shock value to the show. Raw has gotten some of its highest ratings in years. I would rather see some of the legends than see Zack Ryder vs Mark Henry.

It's not annoying to me because current WWE sucks. WWE today is shit. These surprises have been their saving grace. Let's be frank. Most fans today don't care for the top guys in the WWE. They are not on the caliber of stars that are being brought back. Cena, Miz, Orton, Edge, LOL. They all suck and have been shoved down people's throats. WWE's youth movement is a FLOP. They push all the wrong guys and they push guys wrong. They overshove and are building guys with 0 connection to the audience.

And isn't it funny how WWE fanboys and other people rag on TNA for "old guys" yet WWE has been using nostalgia just like TNA did at one point to try to get a pop in the ratings and to try to get a buzz going.

Look at all this starpower WWE brought back from January. Booker T, Kevin Nash, Shawn Michaels, put Jerry Lawler in the main event multiple times, brought back Trish Stratus, The Rock, HHH, Undertaker, Stonecold Steve Austin, and JBL.

An entire laundry list of vets that haven't been relevant in a long time. So don't ever let me hear anyone here say anything about TNA and old guys when WWE is guilty of the exact same shit.

This differences here, are that A: WWE made those legends who they were (Save for Booker T) and B: WWE doesn't build their entire promotion around them or do it all year long. When's the last time you've seen Amazing Red in a storyline over the WWE secondary legends? For that matter, except for Fortune, name one TNA original that's being pushed.

As for the topic at hand, I don't find them too annoying. Honestly, I just find them mean and hurtful. Sure, all the big names are returning and are going to stick around until Mania, but at the end of the day, that's all they're there for... Mania. After that, unless they're on Tough Enough, they won't be relevant.

Also, until I see the return of Lita, I'm not gonna be too happy. Ok sure, it's a long shot, but a guy can wish. IMO Lita's far greater than Trish ever was.
