This is not, I repeat, this is absolutely, positively not a spam forum. I have had enough of giving out infractions and deleting spammy posts. There is not a day goes by where I don't give out roughly a dozen infractions for spam, and I'm lucky if discussion progresses in any threads. I'm sick of it. This forum is not going back to the way it was just over a year ago because people can't do a simple thing like read the rules.

Avoiding spam (and thus making your posts valuable) is not difficult. You merely write a post longer than roughly, say, twenty words, and instead of just saying your opinion, give reasons. Want to make sure you haven't spammed? List as many reasons as you can, going into as much detail as you can. That way the forums improve and we all have much more fun, which is the primary purpose of websites such as this.
