Don't you just love it when, after queing for hours to get a ticket from a legitimate source, you found out that they have all sold out, with some fat meathead outside the procedes to shout "Buy your ticvkets here"

It really annoys me. I was waiting for months for a Leeds fest ticket, even joining the mad dash when they were first released. They sold out within minutes, which was no big deal.

What upset me more was within 10 minutes of them selling out, the tickets were on ebay starting at double the face value.

I know we all have bills to pay, but that is just not fair on those who simply want to see thier favourite bands.

Whats your thoughts on them?

You don't have to buy off them. But if you truly want to go you'll pay what they ask. I have no problem with them. If people didn't pay for the tickets then they wouldn't buy them in the first place.

But in reality it's pretty easy to get hold of tickets for almost anything. Very rarely do event sell out entirely. You can always get one ticket. In my experience anyway.

I've never understood why people would got to an arena or somewhere and look for touts though. What if they're not there and you've traveled several hundred miles?
