I agree but the problem with that is who else is there on Raw to compete with Cena? HHH or HBK? We've seen that before too. The problem with Raw is that I don't think they have established any good people to contend for the title other than those 4 guys you see in the main event. I honestly think Raw needs to bring over a couple people from Smackdown like Jericho or Punk. It'll at least make things a bit new.

No. This is where Raw has simply failed for years now. They simply won't bring up anyone new. Miz, Swagger, Kofi, etc. Throw them in a month or two feud with the champion. they don't win, but it gets them main event experience, they look like they can hang with the big boys, and it saves the major matches for major shows.
