Hogan dodging the "back in the ring" comment, makes me think he will be a Foley-type...He could have just came out and said he was wrestling again...

He probably will. Or maybe he'll do more tag matches so that he can wrestle more often and not have to do a lot of the work. Also, I think the fact that TNA tapes two weeks worth of Impact in a couple of days is a great thing for Hogan. He can wrestle at the tapings and then rest for the next two weeks or so unless there's a ppv.

Seriously, I don't see that kind of jump. Ratings across the board have been down recently, this news has only been out there for a few days, and has hardly made it outside of the IWC. We certainly had hundreds of people stalking the forum when it broke, but hundreds of people won't effect that kind of change.

Really, I'm taking tonight's rating as a barometer for how much effect the internet wrestling community has on TV ratings. The bigger the bump, the more important we are.

I don't know about other areas, but there's always commercials on around my area for about a month now. With Hogan being added, there's definitely a chance we'll see more.
