Trips advances with something that's not quite ease. Windham is a very underrated wrestler. Dusty had handpicked him to be the next top guy, but Windham I guess was just too lazy to take the reins. He was NWA Champion for awhile, but it was while Flair was gone. Windham was great, but come on, this is HHH. HHH is vastly udnerrated in the ring and this match is a classic, but HHH finds a way to steal it.

Windham was a great wrestler and has excellent credentials, but they are nothing on Triple H. To me, this would be your standard upper midcarder match with HHH: they'd get quite a lot of offence in, only to be spinebustered then pedigreed for a HHH win.

So, basically, people are voting Triple H ahead because he won 4 World titles in 9 months, during a time where the title was passed around like Lindsey Lohan? And then, because he won titles and just so happened to be involved with the bosses daughter and part of the creative direction of the company. Good logic people.

Here's the real truth. Barry Windham was three times the professional wrestler that Triple H thinks he is. He was a true pro, a guy who could work with any and everyone, and knew how to make everyone look good. He was believable, crisp, very technically sound, and was one of the best in-ring workers in the last 20 years.

Triple H has nothing on Barry Windham. Nothing. If Triple H was the half the worker Barry Windham was, Windham would still be twice the worker that Trips was.

Is it me or does Triple H look like Johan Hegg from Amon Amath in that photo?

But seriously about this match I would enjoy this one and would hope that it went 40-45 minutes to get a true classic out of it. I rate Barry Windham very highly, he is the only member of the Four Horsemen who was also a member of the Extreme Horsemen. Triple H probably would have been a Horseman as well if he was in that situation. Windham comes from a prestigious Wrestling background, Triple H understands the game better than most. I am a huge fan of Triple H and I can't decide who to vote for here. All I know is that this would be a great match.

It's a kayfabe tournament. It doesn't matter how he got his strong booking, he got it nonetheless. Triple H beat Foley, The Rock, Austin and the Big Show in World title matches years before he was even dating Stephanie. Windham's sole world title reign came when he beat a Japanese wrestler in America, and he dropped the title as soon as Flair came back.

I'm not saying I prefer to watch HHH, nor am I saying that he is better, but I am saying that he'd win a one on one match up with Windham because he is greater through the eyes of kayfabe.

Like Shadow, I think this would be a great match. HHH in his prime (2000) was awesome and so was Windham. Plus, there styles would mesh well, I think.

Anyway, I really like Barry Windham and can't stand what HHH has become, so even though logic says HHH would win a match were these two ever to meet in their primes, I still have to vote for Windham.

Windham's awesomeness lasted throughout nearly his entire year, while HHH was awesome one year, and since then has been a real piece of trash behind the scenes and 80% of the time on it as well. He can still pull a good match out of his ass when he wants to, but for the most part, I can't stand watching this guy today, whereas I never had any problem watching Barry Windham perform.

And there's my logic as well. I'll also add that HHH is in hostile territory here. The referees will adopt zero tolerance against him, so no sledgehammers and there may even be a run-in or two. With AJ coming up there is no way HHH would get out of this match with the win.

I have Trips here in a closely contested contest. Windham would take it to Trips, but Trips will capitalize on a mistake and nail Windham with the spinebuster, and set him up for the pedigree. A long, hard fought matchup, in which the Game picks up the W.

I'm going with Triple H. Windham will put up one hell of a fight, and this will drag on for a good 45-50 minutes. In the end, HHH is just too much for him, and lands a hard Pedigree to end it.

Mind you, HHH has studied the old school wrestlers. He uses moves from Jack Brisco, Harley Race, Ric Flair, and others in his move set. So he knows how to wrestle a guy like Windham. However, Windham's seen those kinds of moves his entire career.

HHH wins it, but not before Windham takes it to him a good 15 minutes. Pedigree takes it.

Barry Windham is an over rated bore. I said it in the first round, Barry Windham was the 80's version of Billy Gunn. A guy that had the right look, but was never meant to be the guy in the business. Windham was lucky enough to be associated with the top stars of the buiness, and then won his one world championship which today is completely forgettable.

I am probably one of Triple H's biggest haters on these forums, but his work from 1999-2001 was as rock solid as they come. Only later has it over stayed his welcome and tried to relive his past gimmicks ina poor attempt to stay on top of the business. Those two years however were two better years then Windham ever produced.

Windham, I thought, was pretty good back in his time. He accomplished a lot, won a lot of respected championships and did have some good matches. So has Triple H. I'm actually surprised Barry Windham has gotten as many votes as he has in this, though I suspect it's mostly about bashing Triple H in some cases than it is about belief in Windham's ability to get the win. And, to be honest, I'm pretty tempted to do that myself.

If you were go to by who's done more, Triple H wins this hands down. Like him or not, like the way he's positioned himself to consistently be in the championship scene over the years or not, the guy is a 13 time World Champion. In terms of overall wrestling ability, I'd say that Windham is the overall better wrestler. I think Trips has the edge in strength and overall toughness. He's had big wins over many of the biggest names in the business over the past 10 years or so. He's come along way from being just Shawn Michaels second banana in D-X. I give it to Triple H at the 15 minute mark.

Let's see, Triple H holds wins over Hulk Hogan, the Rock, SCSA, Shawn Michaels, Goldberg, Scott Steiner, The Undertaker, Kane, Big Show...bah, I'll leave it at that.

Barry Windham holds wins over...over...um...over...nevermind

HHH wins this one...
