Nope. Won't be happening. The argumentative Lord Sidious who speaks what's on his mind is now gone and we are toning it down. My commitment going forward is to try my best to be friendlier with everyone. And that is hard given there are opinions from people I don't agree with at all. But I have been accused of producing drama in more ways than one on here, and things have been taken personally that was never intended to be taken personally. So, that simply will not happen anymore.

Arguing with people produces drama, so anytime an argument is sensed to be approaching, I am going to keep my mouth shut. That includes when I post, as well which will be less frequent because of my strong opinions. But I am not going to have people saying I produce Drama anymore.

So along with the toned down style of the PG Era, we are going to tone everything down with my posting, as well. Toning down is apparently in these days and I am going to either be nice to everyone or simply be quiet if something is said that I don't agree with. People wanted that Sidious gone, so he's gone.

I agree about the Discussion Forum bit. However, being friendly and cooperative with others and not producing drama is more important and a greater priority than trying to produce discussion and being a good Moderator, as has recently been communicated to me from above.

So that is exactly what I am going to do going forward. I just have to work on trying to do both, instead and find a way to communicate my views without pissing people off and upsetting people. Hard to tone down my style for things I feel extremely passionate about, but it is what it is.

Where as I have also joked around with people in the Bar Room, people that I genuinely like and respect (as some out there know from our PM conversations), people have apparently also not realized I was simply doing some ball-busting and joking with them, and things have been taken personally there as well. Frankly, I'm tired of people taking so many damn things personally and getting offended by so many things so easily from a faceless person like myself on the Internet.

I don't call people offensive names like fa**ot or ni**er, and would never use language like that, as I am appalled by it. Instead I have referred to people sometimes in a joking manner as a "punk" in the Bar Room or call someone a "Shareholder" in Non Spam ... and people apparently take it personally and get their feelings all tiffed up and offended over it. In reality, they shouldn't give a damn about what I say if they don't agree with me, regardless of whether I am joking with them or not (which half the time I am).

So, I've absolutely had it with the over-sensitivity and "he hurt my feelings" over stupid, trivial stuff and that part of me is going away, too.
