Seriously, between Misawa / Edge, Kobashi / Michaels, and Liger in MITB, Japan isn't getting the love they deserve in this tourney.

How is this different from when anyone else posts a thread in the Bar Room begging for votes for a specific person in some random WZ poll? It's not. But you'll see the same people who make these threads for your Misawas or Kobashis shit on those who make them for the Takers or HBKs of the WWE.

PM for votes, for all I care. I can delete the ones I don't wanna read. I understand that Japan is being squashed in the Tourney, and that it's not nearly fair. But posting threads in the Bar Room isn't going to do anything but annoy the people you want to vote, and tilt the voting the other way. Luckily I'm not voting, so there ya go.

This is why I don't bother with the tourney's. They always turn out to be a fucking joke anyways. Why people get pissed and bitchy over their wrestler not winning a tournament on a wrestling forum is beyond me, but they do. So Misawa is losing to Edge... is it really that big of a deal? Really is the world going to fucking end tomorrow because Edge beat a wrestler who is hardly known here in the U.S? No it's not, so why piss and moan and cry about a miscarriage of justice about it? Taking something like a wrestling forum tournament seriously and getting your panties in a wad over it is pretty asinine.

I'm pretty sure the majority of smart people seen this coming when this whole "Country v. Country" situation was set-up.

Japan has some of the most talented, entertaining and amazing Wrestlers the world has never seen. But only the last part of that is what people will understand.. and thats why in the end, I'll only truly be shocked if an unknown Wrestler from a Country NOT America or Canada - makes it to whatever is designed to be the Finals/Finale.

To be truly honest, I may act like I shit on it - and so what, I get that opinion. However, if this was Irish's idea to try and take a new direction and turn the page on just having another "regular tournament" then bravo and credit to him for trying something new.
