I wasn't around the Board Room at the time, but basically, Chris Cash told the Staff that HE was in charge, not them, and for the Staff to do things his way. Most of it related to the Exclusives coming around. Then apparently Will and Jonny got high and mighty about it, and so Cash de-modded them.

I believe that's the general idea.

I did like the Jake and Jonny argument thing from what I saw...so my vote goes to that. The whole 'banning' of people storylines were only good on the basis that everyone who believed them ended up looking stupid.
