The Reunion Tour

At the Elimination Chamber PPV, Team Rhodes Scholars are kicking off their "reunion tour" against the Funk Train (or something).

This is obviously great news, but it does beg the question "how is this a 'reunion tour' when they've only been away as a team for like two or three weeks?"

Then it hit me. They will go over The A-Clay (or something) and then the following night on Raw, declare their win part of the most successful reunion tour in the history of the WWE.

This can then flawlessly set up a true reunion tour for the New Age Outlaws, who will face TRS at this year's installment of Wrestlemania.

Thoughts? I think it makes perfect sense. But now the only question is does this make sense to the writers?

They should've never broke up The Rhodes Scholars in the first place. There are plenty of other tag teams they could've feuded with after Team Hell No, like a babyface Prime Time Players, The Usos, International Airstrike, but if they weren't gonna utilize those teams then I can think of 3 veteran teams they could've reunited and I would've liked to have seen feud with the Scholars in future, the New Age Outlaws, Chris Jericho & Christian, and Booker T & Goldust.

I never thought if this, but it's a damn good reason for it all! I was shocked when they split up but if this was to happen I'd thoroughly enjoy it. Having the NAO back at WM would give Rhodes and Sandow a good rub too, alongside a match we'd all enjoy, TRS would have to win it.

Wow that's not a bad idea. May have to throw in Team Hell No and make it a three way for the Tag Titles. This years card is going to be loaded and I'm not sure they could just fit this match by itself.

I didn't think The Rhodes Scholars should have broken up in the first place, but if the reason was for this then I would be happy. I have wanted to see The Outlaws return for a short time ever since they signed Billy Gunn, and Rhodes Scholars would be the perfect team for them to put over.

Wow...that would be absolutely amazing if that happened. I don't see why they even broke them up in the first place. To be honest with you, I know they had mentioned it on Raw/Smackdown, but I didn't think anything of it until I went to look up the card for the EC and saw it said re-united.

The Intellectual Savior of the Masses + 70's-pornstar-'stache = money tag team. They were an intriguing tag-team who didn't need to end.

I would love to see them feud with the New Age Outlaws. It would be spectacular.
