The return of the .....

Dark Match Jobber
URN!

Hear me out for a second. While watching the 900th episode of RAW last night, the idea of the urn resurfacing popped into my head. Ever since Taker has made his return, he has looked weak. I could be way off in left field with this assumption, but I'm curious to see if we will have a short return of Paul Bearer with the urn so Taker can "regain his powers". IF the WWE does this, I think you will see it happen at the Hell in a Cell PPV. Any thoughts?

Interesting theory. I think it would be a good idea and would fit nicely with the past in the Kane/Undertaker feud. I am a big Paul Bearer fan and would greatly like to see him have another stint in the WWE.

That is an interesting idea you bring up. I mean if this is going to be Taker's last feud, it would be fitting to not only have it be with Kane, but then to have Paul Bearer a part of it as well. So I could see this working and I could see Vince working it into the storyline. Give the Undertaker his powers back, so he can defeat his evil brother Kane, then fade silently away. Nice idea.

While I'd welcome Paul Bearer and the urn back, why on earth would Bearer want to help the Undertaker beat Kane? The last time we saw him on WWE TV the Undertaker buried him in cement and essentially "murdered" him, but on Smackdown the following week they came up with some BS about how he was in critical condition but alive. Regardless though, why would he want to help someone who tried to kill him?

If you honestly think that the WWE would actually care enough to think it through, you're lying to yourself. GOD FORBID they use their brains for once. I sometimes think that WWE's writers firmly believe that any sort of logic in any storyline or outcome of a storyline will make their heads pop. Could've made The Nexus beat team RAW and then go on a rampage on Smackdown!, have them dominate both brands, win belts, beat people up, build themselves up before eventually imploding from within due to egos but nooooo, they had to make the dumbest team ever assembled beat them up, thus forcing them to be stuck in what seems nowhere doing what seems to be absolutely nothing. Makes me sick. Way to build up the young guys WWE!

Definition of "WWE builds up young guys" - A push for a month/IC title for a month, before having a main eventer kill them/simply fade away into mindless obscurity. People say WWE's building young guys up, I don't see it. But anyway, I digress.

The idea is good, I certainly like it, but if WWE was ever to even consider such an option, they'd just bring Bearer back with the urn, doing his orgasm faces and have the stupid commentators shit all over it with their crappy announcing, relying on the sheer fact that "Bearer is back! woo!".

However, my only issue with this idea, as logical and as good as it is, is that 'Taker is absolutely irrelevant at the moment. He's not in a physical condition to "go" anymore. All he can do is promo his ass off until WrestleMania where he'll most likely retire. Instead of concentrating on giving cool storylines to The Undertakers and John Cena's, MAYBE they could make some of their mid-card guys seem important by giving him a nice complex storyline. But wait, what am I doing. I am questioning THE WWE, how could I. I take my words back.

I agree about the "Undertaker killing Paul Bearer" thing, however, not one thing about that match/buildup/aftermath made a damn bit of sense. They could probably BS it. Or, Knowing the WWE, they expect all of their fans to have short memories(Which is why it shocked the shit out of me that Punk mentioned Katie Vick)-and they will just muddle over that fact.

I think this is a great idea. I would love to see Paul Bearer and Undertaker reunite and finish each of their careers together. That is the way it should be.

good idea but we all know taker is good for another couple years. sure he may slowing down or he may look "weak" but the guy can still go with the best of them. everyone keeps talking about bringing back the urn but also what about the return of Kane's mask, when he was more demonic etc. if they are trying to say Kane is stronger then Undertaker right now, put the mask on him again to signify the return of the monster Kane

I was thinking along the same lines last night. At first I was like, "Are we gonna start seeing Bearer again?" But after the gong kept going off, I got this idea, that maybe the Undertaker character's "powers" are leaving him, and he's going to have to finally face people as a mortal man, since the deadman gimmick anyways.

It would be fucking sick if that happened. I think its more likely that Taker gets retired this year, though.

I have thought that it would be a great idea to bring in Paul for those exact reasons... to help Taker get his powers back and to stop his 'son' for destroying the WWE.

Although, I think at the same time to counter Paul I would love for them to somehow bring in James Mitchell. Not that I've ever been a fan of his, but the Sinister Minister would fit in perfectly with the Brothers of Destruction family history. Maybe he worked for the family too, or is even related to Kane and Taker. Anyways, Mitchell could be used as a force leading Kane in his evil rampage. This could help get Kane even more heat and help make him a face again when the time comes. Either way, I think he could really fuel this next chapter of Kane & Undertaker.

Thoughts.....?

Not that James Mitchell is a bad idea but I'd rather see Brother Love in the mix. He has a history with The Undertaker & it would just make sense. Would love to see a new minisrty of darkness lead by Love & Kane & bring in some old & new cryptic faces to battle Taker & Bearer.
