I've asked him at least 5 times via PM to stop Shouting as it is poor etiquette, it's distracting to posters, and is unnecessary. And he refuses to listen every time. I've asked him nicely to post like everyone else to avoid any of that stuff.

He will not listen. It isn't Warning or Infraction worthy, so I just simply delete his posts. Eventually, I figure he'll get tired of having his posts deleted and either start posting like a respectable poster like everyone else, or will simply stop posting in the WWE section.

As stated, other Section Mods can do what they wish with their sections.
