Are there two seperate versions? One of which above an R rating, that is apparently unfindable?

Wal*Mart cut the "...make a Porno" part of the title off, they didn't change the actual movie at all though

I watched the theatre version, so I dunno. Q I personally found it to be a huge waste of time. The constant F-bombs get very annoying.

After much awkward Googling, I found 2 different rated trailors, one was adults only and one was "for all ages".
Didn't see more than one rating of DVD though. It was R.
I googled it both with and without "make a porno" at the end, and got the same results. The movie just came out, so maybe they'll release the NC17 one later?

There is no NC-17 version, never was, the R version is the only version of the movie out there, it's the exact same version that was in theaters

they just diud it becuase those family stores dont want something with the word "PORN" plastered across the front of it, thats all.

So I just watched this movie. I have to admit, I really did love it. Kevin Smith is a genius.

I've been saying this for years, and to think Shango felt it was unnecessary to add any of his movies to the movie tourny

The only thing that I found a bit odd was the fact that I have a whole shit-load of deleted scenes.. that literally equal out being as long, combined, as the entire movie is whole. (they're both roughly an hour and 30 mins. long)

There is always a whole shit load of deleted scenes, hell before Chasing Amy hit the cutting room it was over 3 hrs. long

I flat out lost it when Jeff Anderson was "frosted like a cake."

Smith is good for those kind of moments, that rakes right up there with Pilliowpants IMO, LOL

I thought the same exact thing, especially considering it was with Jeff Anderson (in the scene at least) that the Pillowpants bit took place. Anderson usually always finds his way into the classic bits.
