The Pointless Thread

Actually, I'm laughing my ass off at our posts. Which is the only reason I even respond to you, for my own amusement :)

BTW, where's my 5 bucks son?

1 Sept. 7 at San Diego Chargers 4:15 p.m.
2 Sept. 14 Chicago Bears 1 p.m.
3 Sept. 21 at Minnesota Vikings 1 p.m.
4 Sept. 28 Atlanta Falcons 1 p.m.
5 Oct. 5 Kansas City Chiefs 1 p.m.
6 Oct. 12 at Tampa Bay Buccaneers 1 p.m.
7 Oct. 19 New Orleans Saints 1 p.m.
8 Oct. 26 Arizona Cardinals 1 p.m.
9 Nov. 2 Bye
10 Nov. 9 at Oakland Raiders 4:05 p.m.
11 Nov. 16 Detroit Lions 1 p.m.
12 Nov. 23 at Atlanta Falcons 1 p.m.
13 Nov. 30 at Green Bay Packers 1 p.m.
14 Dec. 8 (Mon.) Tampa Bay Buccaneers 8:30 p.m.
15 Dec. 14 Denver Broncos 1 p.m.
16 Dec. 21 at New York Giants 1 p.m.
17 Dec. 28 at New Orleans Saints 1 p.m.

So who decided to f*ck Carolina over with a horrible beginning and ending schedule? The Chargers, followed by the Bears & Vikings. Then ending the season out with the Broncos & Giants, who always manage to suck during the season but pick up at the end. And we never have great games with New Orleans whenever playoffs are on the line.

NFL hates Carolina. :p The schedules always need work as some great teams get easy schedules for some reason.

No shit. (no offense) Like New England, especially. I mean seriously.. the two hardest games they have are the Colts and the Steelers.

If New England doesn't fricken go 14-2, if not undefeated all over again, I'd be shocked.

SOS.

Its primarily the division New England plays in, but the division will be improved this year.

Maybe, but the suspension was stupid, Stoudamire barely left the bench, didn't cause any trouble, to decide a series like that is pointless.

Nonsense! It's all a giant conspiracy by the NFL & ESPN combined to make sure East-Coast only teams win championships! Duh! Look at all the evidence! It couldn't be the fact that they play in one of the weakest divisions in football...

None taken. Both those teams can beat the Patriots, I wouldn't ignore the chargers either as they are a good team and will be healthy this year. They could easily go 12-4.

Wait, didn't Stoudamire shove Horry? Someone came off the bench and blatantly shoved Horry.. if it wasn't Stoudamire, then who was it?

And I agree that it was a contraversial issue, but hardly one that decided the series. People only say that, because that game decided the fate since it was like game 3, wasn't it?

it becomes more and more apparent every day that the league has shitfted their focus from screwing the Raiders to elavating the Patriots

Trust me, I know. Carolina opens the season with them. :(

A fresh L.T. against Carolina's missing gaps in our front four is definately NOT my idea of a great match-up. 42-31 is likely the outcome with L.T. reclaiming a single game rushing record. :disappointed:

And yes, we'll score a lot against them because it'll be the first game where hopefully our entire offense is solid as well.. but crap, a fresh L.T. versus a Defense thats gapped is horrible.

Really Xfear? Really? Do you really feel the need to state such a thing? Really? Your logic baffles me because I'm right.

I'm right and your wrong. I'm always right, you need influential? I got influential. Why? Because I'm influential which automatically makes me right. Seriously, I mean really. No I mean seriously.

The Steelers schedule is rather tough. 9 games will win that division. Clevelands schedule is just as tough but they dont play NE.

I'll look at it this way, if they tank and get a high pick they'll have a solid year next yr, because they seem to rebound after a bad year.

I say they go 9-7 8-8, 7-9.

They're schedule is brutal everywhere. At least the "hard" games are at heinz, and they steelers usually play well their.

Yes Wes, the logical and reasonable explanation to this scenario would be a huge conspiracy from the top of the NFL on down to screw Cowboys fans. It's all a big conspiracy aimed at you Wes, how ever did you figure it out?

I'm right and your wrong. I'm always right

ROFL, tell that to the majority of posters here who tend to always agree that I verbally punk you out at almost every chance.

Was that supposed to be funny? That was one of the worst attempts at trolling I've ever seen Wes. I expect better out of you.

For real, honestly, there is no conspiracy theory to keep the Patriots on top or to make them go underfeated, they play in one of the weakest divisions in football, two games again 3 teams with losing records last year will lower that SOS quite a bit, especially when one is drafting number 1 overall and the other is at 6, that plays a huge part in those numbers.

Don't get involved in this, it's not worth it. And for the record the Jets are better than people think and were hurt last year, the Dolphins always play NE tough in the past. NE could lose 2 games in division this year.

Just giving my two cents, I am not getting involved in an argument, I know its not worth it.

Regarding the division, the division is improved this year, the Bills have a shot at making the playoffs, the Jets are better and the Dolphins do play the Pats tough. I was just referencing to the fact that last year the division had a horrible W/L record, which is why the Pats SOS is so bad.

The SOS doesn't mean shit preseason anyways, last year the Browns would have made somebodies schedule look easy preseason, how did that work out. There are always teams who get better and teams that get worse from year to year, looking at the SOS is pointless.

Im just happy that the NFC North is shit so there's a good chance that an average Bears team can win the division this year

You do realize that was a sarcastic response at you mocking me right?

Anyways, anyone see Ocho Cinco's newest bitchfest today?
