The Pointless Thread

No, he didn't. That's laughable.

And ROFLCOPTER, that's because of the undefeated streak and Eli Manning. It has nothing to do with the Pats. They watched to see history and they watched the biggest chokejob in NFL history.

Dallas is the highest rated team btw. Hence why they play 5 Sunday/Monday night games this year and usually every year. Don;t deny Dallas' popularity because it's just fucking stupid.

Don't even try to start that they choked thing again, they didn't and Brady played awesome! losing doesn't = Choking. They were winning 99% of that game.

I can and will deny it until you show me the ratings of those games.

They did lose. Are you stupid?

They're defense cost them in the final minutes, an 18-0 team losing the MOST IMPORTANT GAME OF THE SEASON in the closing minutes = Choke.

Hold.

I would chalk up the Super Bowl loss to the O-line and Belichick's awful decision to not go for a 50 yard FG on 4th and 13.

Brady still delivered at the end... it took the most impossible catch ever for the Patriots to go away.

There you go with the falling back on insults when you lose an argument. Just like xfear correctly called you on. They didn't choke, Brady played great and they had the Giants most of that game. I know you think losing = choking but that is not true. They did rather well and shut down the Giants for most of that game. They didn't choke, they just lost. Be stupid if you want, but don't expect me to follow you.

The Nuggets are way more talented than the Rockets, they are one of the most talented teams in the league, they just dont play defense. After T-Mac, the Rockets have a bunch of role players, but not that much talent, the least in the Western Conference Playoff teams.

Yep, no choke job what so ever. Brady played great and that D did rather well.

The rockets still put up good numbers and those role players give them depth and make them hard to beat. And that defense will cost you, against the Lakers if they don't step up D wise they are toast.

Yes, but we were talking about talent, weren't we, talent wise, the Nuggets are ranked up there, you said they had the least talent out of the Western Conference Playoff Teams.

JR Smith has been tearing it up lately. Martin is pretty good, Camby is more of a defense presence, but is very talented, Nene is good, they are a very talented team.

Hey the Lakers might not even play Denver. If Denver wins its last game against Memphis and Dallas loses to HE Hornets then the Nuggets move to the 7th seed and Dallas falls to the 8th as Denver holds the tiebreaker

The lakers whole team can score, Gasol, Odom, Bryant and Fisher can all score 20 plus if need be. Luc Walton can score as well but isn't used that way and Sasha Vujacic is solid off the bench and has one of the highest 3 point % in the league. Of course Jordan Farmar has played well too, but people ignore the Laker bench.

The problem you have is Martin isn't scoring well right now and Camby is all D, Nene is hurt and even when he was playing he was more D than anything else.

I'd rather take Denver.

I know but Dallas struggles against the Hornets this year so I could see them losing and Denver should be able to outscore Memphis.

Dallas can be sneaky at times and get people off guard. They still haven't worked out Kidd yet. I could outscore Memphis, Denver should and will KILL them. The problem with Dallas is after that Kidd trade they have struggled out right, it looks like a bad deal.

The problem with the Kidd deal is Avery dont let J-Kidd run the team on the floor. Avery likes to work in a half-court style offense and lets face J_Kidd like to go out and run as thats where he does his work. I think if Avery allowed Jason to more in control of he point we might see a better Mavs team.

Dallas is winless this year against the Hornets (0-3) so I doubt they win this one.Plus the Hornets need to win it to clinch the Southwest division and the #2 seed.

There you go with the falling back on insults when you lose an argument.

I'm not losing. Not even close.

I'm insulting you because the intelligence you lack deserves to be insulted.

Just like xfear correctly called you on.

Xfear is the biggest flamer on WZ forums outside of you.

Think I give a flying fuck what Xfear has to say?

They didn't choke,

Yes they did. 18-0 teams don't blow the biggest game of the season against an average NFC team that just got hot at the right time.

Brady played great and they had the Giants most of that game.

Who gives a fuck about Brady? This is a team sport.

They held them blah blah blah. They lost. Blew it in the final minutes. They choked. Get over it.

I know you think losing = choking but that is not true.

No, choking is what happened.

Pats were 18-0, come into the biggest game of the season against an average NFC team that was just getting hot at the right time, they controlled the game, had em' beat. But blew it in the final minutes. Undefeated teams with all the hype they had, don't choke. The Pats did.

You lose.

Next.

They did rather well and shut down the Giants for most of that game.

But still lost in the end. Hence why I mean choke.

They didn't choke, they just lost. Be stupid if you want, but don't expect me to follow you.

You don't have to follow anyone. Your already.....well.....ya' know.

Maybe the camera lenses were a bit fogged up. You don't have to be bitter. :lmao:

Denver is a very dangerous team, they are just getting completely healthy, something they haven't been all season, Smith is playing good, Nene is back, Atkins is back, they are healthy now, which means they should play better than they have all year, they are dangerous, but so is everyone else in the West.

Avery doesn't want Kidd there, thats why Kidd isn't allowed to do what he did in New Jersey. Don't expect Avery to do that, he has made ir clear he doesn't want him.

They are not winless against NO, they beat them 89-80 in December, so they can win.

Nene is still a defensive player, he has only scored double digits 3 times this year. He was better his first 2 years but played best last year, he needs to get back to that if he can.

Wes just stop ok? All your post was is hypocritical insults. And AJ doesn't need to listen to you, you don't even know what we are talking about. Now stop flambaiting and flaming in here, as you are the only one doing it.

And what makes you think Avery will be the coach much longer. If he is, things wont work out. Cuban will not have that as he paid out too much cash to make this deal. The Mavs wont win a series and Avery should be gone.

True my mistake but that was before the Kidd deal so that dont matter now and they have already lost to the Hornets with Kidd so there.

Avery is there this year and thats what I making point to. Next year who knows, I thought he may have been canned after a first round exit last year. The Mavs need some sort of change as they have a history of choking in the playoffs, wonder much longer Cuban puts up with it. But Avery is there this year and doesn't want Kidd, so that will hurt them for now.

I have made the same one, missed a Lakers lose. But yeah that one didn't matter because after a big deal it doesn't matter what happened before it. Don't get me wrong, I still don't think the Mavs will make it out of round 1.
