My love of Sami has ruined other wrestling for me - it's official. I've just rewatched the main event and it's much better than I remember it being. Watching it live, I was just fed up that I wasn't going to see Sami Zayn. I was still chanting and whatnot, sure, but my heart just wasn't in it. Definitely both Finn and Joe's best match in NXT.

So are you a fan of Finn now, or are you gonna keep being contrarian about him?

More importantly, are you as pants-shittingly excited as you should be for a potential Sami vs Finn showdown?

The potential for them to one up the main roster during their biggest weekend is high. This one I may have to see in person.

Just got around to Takeover last night. Great show as usual. Probably wasn't quite as high on the two women's matches as others but still good stuff. Had the opener at ***, Jax-Bayley at ***1/2, and the main event at ****1/4. I kind of thought and really hoped that Joe would win the title here because it would add a lot more intrigue to rematches and I feel like Joe deserves it, but I guess it's too soon to end Finn's reign, they'll probably want to load up that Dallas show and when he loses the title he'll probably be called to the main roster per NXT tradition.

British wrestling chants are so much better than American ones. Why don't we sing Beatles songs?

So, besides the obvious Nia Jax vs Asuka match, what do you think we are gonna see soon? Will they pull the trigger on Gable/Jordan? Will Finn lose the belt & get called up for Mania? Or Bayley for that matter considering she has nobody left to fight besides Asuka (clearly the next viable choice after she stomps Jax).

Asuka is over like nobodies fucking business. Plus everyone has to lose at some point, it's better that she loses to an established person like Jax than one of the random nobodies Jax, Asuka, Bayley, and Emma have been squashing on TV lately. Not that I'm saying she should lose to Jax, but I'll take that over Dana, Emma, or Eva Marie any day.

I think Jax could get the belt soon. I'm not sure Bayley survives multi-person matches which I would imagine is in the future.

It's a pity that the women's division was gutted just so there were fresh corpses to lay upon the altar of Stephanie McMahon. At the same time, the constant cycling of talent is partially what keeps NXT interesting.

Plus everyone has to lose at some point, it's better that she loses to an established person like Jax than one of the random nobodies Jax, Asuka, Bayley, and Emma have been squashing on TV lately. I said they would struggle to build Jax back up not Asuka. Jax is not over imo and as we saw with Ryback and Rusev on the main roster once an unstoppable beast loses all the momentum they have goes down the tube. Jax has lost once, should she lose again to the only other credible threat straight away her momentum would be well and truly be gone

But thats my point she's now been placed above all these people so watching her squash them all is pointless it doesnt give her more credibility at all, I expect her to win easy. It's like having John Cena beat Heath Slater in 30 seconds, its what I expect and i think no better of Cena for doing so
