He's not going to cripple him without working on the knee. I get what they were going for, but it would've been less awkward had the ref just stopped it after a punch/clothesline/blow to the head.

The big story coming into tonight is the injury to Sami Zayn at the hands of Corey Graves. Other than that there isn’t much going on in NXT at the moment, but thankfully that’s a problem they can solve very quickly. We need a new challenger for Adrian Neville as well. Let’s get to it.

Zayn always losing doesn't bother me nearly as much as him seemingly getting "injured" in just about every major feud he's involved in.

Adam Rose, it's about damn time he got called up. Could have been done at any point over the last three years. Also, feels good to be right about him a) making the gimmick work and b) getting called up faster than keeping the hunter gimmick.

Bo Dallas, I'm a fan of the guy, have been since he was tagging with Duke Rotundo (Bray Wyatt before he was Husky Harris). But I don't think his Boliver gimmick will work on the main shows, it only works on NXT because Dusty fucked up and they ran with the crowd's reaction (crowd boos him as a face? Act like an even bigger OTT face and get more boos, only now it's intentional) Hopefully he can prove me wrong.

And Paige? Awesome. Also, AJ just has the worst luck against Anti-Divas. She was Serena's personal chew toy in FCW, and now she's dropped the title in Paige's debut.
 
Rusev, Rose and Paige all coming up. Glorious.

I'll tolerate Bo. For now. But know I'll be gritting my teeth every single minute he's on television.
 
I really hope the Bo Dallas gimmick works. Funny thing is, it kind of seeks the X-Pac heat. It will be hard to tell if its working or failing.

Ascension has to be called up. They are the only right name who could take the tag titles from the Uso's.

Plus with the Real Americans done we need a new top heel team.
 
I'm loving how Raw was covered in a thick, creamy NXT sauce. Still, where's my Sami Zayn? Those smarky ***** are the perfect audience in front of which to debut El Generico!

There aren’t a ton of stories coming into tonight but the main event out of last week was Sami Zayn vs. Corey Graves being stopped to to Sami’s head injuries. Other than that we also might be building to Neville vs. Clay in the future which isn’t the worst idea for a first new opponent for Adrian. Let’s get to it.

pretty obvious the course things are set to take.



On another note, the belt looks absolutely ridiculous on Neville.
 
Big Cass/English matches should really stop being a thing they put on screen. They're past the point of being acceptable.

Hopefully the influx of new talent catches on quick, all the favorites are certainly going away, hopefully they'll give us nothing but Sami Zayn while we're adjusting.
 
We're in the midst of a terrible area of NXT that FCW often went through - the transition.

Wrestlers such as the Ascension, Neville and Zayn have long overstayed their welcome and are starting to grow stale. The only person who's been around for a while and isn't the same is Corey Graves - he's an unbelievably hateable person and its really commendable, i blame that punchable face of his.

Cassady is(Or was before he became the bitch of Aidan English) developing nicely as his own character and Enzo is always pretty entertaining.

The only glaring issue with no answer is CJ Parker & Mojo Rawley.

The main story at the moment is Brodus Clay wanting a piece of the NXT Title and going after Adrian Neville to get there. Other than that we’re looking forward to seeing Sami Zayn get his hands on Corey Graves after Graves injured him a few weeks back. The Divas division is also getting more and more awesome so let’s get to it.
