This should be entertaining as usual given how good NXT has been over the last year. It’s always fun to see where guys on the main roster got started and several guys on the main shows today were in NXT earlier this year. Let’s get to it.

No, Davey just didn't do everything perfect from the get go.

Regal vs Cesaro was pretty good, although I think that the great story they were telling was somewhat undermined by a lack of more time. Another 4-5 mins would have done the job. I felt that Regal needed to do a bit more damage to Cesaro's arms - maybe a few more knee drops to the biceps, a shoulder stunner or single arm DDTs - to make the headbutting and double stomp more moves of necessity than just choices. I also wanted to see more of Regal pulling out the "Ric Flair" type cheating/stretching of the rules.

The putting over of a 2 out of 3 falls match on NXT shows amazes me. How they can be so good on a barely under an hour show but be so uninspiring on the main stage is crazy.

Dusty has been booking them as THE match to put someone over as a star since NXT was FCW. On the main show they're just another gimmick match.

Also, I'm very disappointed that Leo isn't being used. I'd rather see him released and go to ROH or somewhere rather than watching him go nowhere in WWE.
