Hey! My first thread although I seem to get a lot of heat or support for usual posts so... lol! EDIT Whoops forgot to add if this is in the wrong place please move it =S not delete it lol EDIT

The Mark of a True Champion...I know what you're thinking... "What is this ******ed chicken waffle talking about, the mark of a champion is to hold the belt... O.O" (well... duh?).

BUT, simply holding a belt is NOT the mark of a true champion because if it was we would have to conclude that Hornswoggle is a champion... *as much as I think he's funny ... he's not*.

I made this thread to discuss the TRUE mark of a Champion i.e. not the number of belts or title reigns but something else (now I've confused myself so I'll just start you people off).

I believe the mark of a TRUE champion is to work as a heel AND a face at some point in your career and still get a reaction just as big from the MILLIONS *<-- yes, it was a Rock reference... ¬.¬*.

I mean seriously think up any big name in the business and they have had a heel stint and a face stint where they have got basically a reaction just as big (even Kane got "face" reactions when he did stupid things like the "Kaneroonie" ...). Basically the point I'm coming to is if you work as heel or face and the crowd still love you or love to hate you then YOU ARE GREAT. Ofcourse this doesn't work for some wrestlers but I can't put a finger of those as of right now...

What makes a True Champion? MY idea of what makes a True Champion? Which wrestler doesn't fit my idea of a True Champion?

Why isn't Hornswoggle a champion? Because he's pint sized?

I think he's a champ. I think holding the belt, means you're a champion. I think all of that is just excess, and nice if you've achieved it. But to say a belt holder isn't a champion is absurd.

Hornswoggle is a champion. Right next to Ultimo Dragon, Hulk Hogan and Goldberg. And there's nothing you can do about it, nyuuuuuh!

Besides, I don't think getting a reaction out of the crowd should be the end all, especially not a typical WWE audience. These are the same people who booed Muhammad Hassan, and booed Paul Heyman during the Invasion angle. It's not that difficult to get a strong reaction from them.
