Coco

Mid-Card Championship Winner
For those who have yet to be made of aware of the greatest atrocity and human rights violation in the history of the WrestleZone forums, I'll bring you up to speed. In 2009, I received more nominations for Rookie of the Year than some of the people who were on the ballot. You see, the PTB (Powers That Be) decided that they wanted competitive awards voting (to generate discussion and debate and whatnot; they like activity), and putting me on the ballot pretty much ensured a one-sided shut-out first-round knock-out submission first-ballot-hall-of-fame meat-tornado bawdy-French-farce *********ing-in-front-of-your-webcam flawless victory. So my name was left off of the ballot, and an unworthy man was crowned the 2009 Rookie of the Year.

Today, we rectify and injustice.

You guys like Dean Ambrose, right? Well we all know what Ambrose would do. He'd spit in the face of injustice. He'd take a swing at the man who's spent the last three years (ab)using his influence around here to keep this confrontation from happening. He'd put D-Man in the Camel Clutch, bend that prom queen over, fuck him in the ass, and make him humble. And this is your chance to do the same.

D-Man vs Coco. For all the marbles. To the death. Time to perform your civic duty, people.

I hate propoganda, and have a keen interest in having Killjoy think I'm a moron.

Ok, only half of that is true.

I feel compelled to vote D-man, and have no idea why.

You're way off base. That wasn't me. It was Sidious.

And it wasn't you. It was Norcal.

I know I've slowed down the amount of posting I've done in 2012. Even with my decreasing amount of posts that I make weekly, you respond to at least 80% of them with trolling comments. That sounds like obsession to me.

80%? Good fucking lord, man. I occasionally respond to posts of yours I disagree with. It's nothing personal and nowhere near as frequent as you like to pretend. And it certainly isn't trolling (not that I'd expect a simpleton like you to understand what that term means; most people here don't seem to get it). Your little persecution complex is getting laughable.

Couple that with your bar room thread, all but begging for external validation, and you seem to be becoming a regular contributor of the kind of sad content you used to mock teen-aged virgins for.

That's like saying I occasionally watch wrestling on television. For every five posts I make, two of them garner idiotic responses from you. Anyone could look it up and see for themselves. And it most certainly is trolling, considering that the definition is:

This is known as following a specific poster around, for the sole purpose of annoying them or insulting the topic they are commenting on.

It's pretty much the exact definition.

Couple that with your bar room thread, all but begging for external validation, and you seem to be becoming a regular contributor of the kind of sad content you used to mock teen-aged virgins for.

My bar room thread is no more ridiculous than your threads that beg and starve for attention every day. At least mine come every couple of months. But I know you'll still sit there and, as a true hypocrite, deny this. So I'll provide an example:

This isn't a cry for attention? Come on now.

Splendid idea. I looked it up.

But before I share my findings with the class, I'd just like to point out that you accuse me here of giving you an idiotic response to two out of every five of your posts. However, just yesterday, you said this:

I know I've slowed down the amount of posting I've done in 2012. Even with my decreasing amount of posts that I make weekly, you respond to at least 80% of them with trolling comments. That sounds like obsession to me.
Either you failed math, or are talking straight out of your ass. Which is it?

While you contemplate that, let's examine your five latest posts:

I appreciate the love and everyone jumping at the bit to try and "mentor" me. Obviously, I don't need mentoring but you guys can keep talking about it. This is fun.
I smell a signature quote.
Are you just going by this year? Oh, that's right... you were protecting the USA when Coco and JGlass dominated these awards last year, thus supporting my entire point. From what I recall, they got TONS of votes in multiple catagories.

Like who? Slyfox? The guy is the main admin on this forum. He gets votes based on ass-kissing.

DUH. Of course he is.

Of course, I understand this is completely tongue-in-cheek. However, I can't get around how ridiculous this sounds both as a serious notion and as a joke LOL. I need mentoring?

Anyway Doc, long time no talk. How's life?
Now, to be fair, I respond to four of those five posts. However, what we need to take into account is that two of your last five posts were part of a conversation with me, and obviously solicited a reply. I won't accept that I'm obsessed with you simply because we've decided to enter into discourse.

Of the remaining three posts that aren't part of our conversation, I responded to two. However, I was mentioned by you in one of those posts. So far, I don't see myself as having any sort of obsession with you. Rather, I respond when spoken to and take notice when spoken about. Nothing peculiar about this. But maybe this block of five posts isn't representative of the norm. So I'll gladly go back further in your post history.

Let's look at your next seven most recent posts:

They vote on which mods' names appear the most in their sections. Naturally, Jack-Hammer or Dagger will get most of the votes because of the amount they post. If users had a clue about how much work guys like yourself, Sly, KB, or I do behind the scenes, this would be a much different outcome.
The Poffo family is a long-standing name in the business of pro-wrestling. That's like not inducting the Colons because the family hasn't held a title in the top promotions, besides Carlito. I think they have a legitimate argument.

My selfish side wishes they weren't so stubborn about this but my family-oriented side completely understands where they're coming from. I'm sure there are a lot of things that the Poffo family has done for this business that IWC fans don't necessarily know about.
Both of these guys have unknowingly echoed a point I made in the "Shield" thread. In the past, I've been so quick to reject a new gimmick involving an up and coming talent. I really ate my words after CM Punk and Daniel Bryan trail blazed through the WWE and onto the WWE and World Heavyweight championships. I made a promise to myself never to do this again.

However, I don't think I could ever go along with this starter gimmick. What is interesting about a ballroom dancer?? Seriously??? Unless there is more to him than tangos and waltzes, I have zero interest in his "character." On the other hand, I'm willing to keep an open mind about how he will do overall. He's proven to have charisma during NXT and since his debut on Smackdown. Hopefully, he can continue using those traits to make something of himself.

I believe he is just going through growing pains with his first "gimmick" and it will only be a matter of time before he sheds it and becomes something that we will give a shit about watching. (Just like Brodus Clay,) once this stupid, initial, cheesy gimmick is shed, Johnny Curtis / Fandango should have his moment in the sun.
On a personal note, if this report is true, I'm extremely disappointed. Savage may be my #1 favorite wrestler of all time and I'm attending both the HOF ceremony and Wrestlemania this year at Metlife Stadium in NJ. It would have been epic to see his name immortalized.

Not for nothing, but I think Randy's induction is worth respecting the family's wishes. They can always make Randy the focal point. WWE has excellent editors and great writers. Surely there must be a way to give the fans what they want AND respect the Poffo legacy.

If they don't figure this thing out, I'll be pretty pissed.
Sorry but I think I have to re-lace my running shoes on the day that you'd like to mentor me. And I have to wash my hair.

As long as they're Jewish. I need more Jew friends.
You've gotta love popularity contests. Every year it reminds me of how unpopular I am on the forums. I love it.

(Yes, I know. Insert "D-Man is old" joke here.)
Trolllllllllll Trolllllllllllllllllllllllll
Seven consecutive posts without a reply from me. How do you explain that? Clearly, your math is off base, as are your accusations. I'd explain it as a persecution complex. But then again, maybe you have so little going on socially at the moment that when someone pays you the slightest bit of attention, it has a profound impact on you. Maybe little bits of keyboard caressing I occasionally send your way feels like 80% to you. I reckon you're the kind of guy who when he meets the eyes of a mildly attractive stranger automatically feels the warm and fuzzies and is so taken aback that he's ready to get down on bended knee then and there. Yes, I reckon that's the kind of desperate loneliness your porn-addled existence has left you resigned to.

Whatever's going on, the evidence suggests that your perception of me isn't in tune with reality.

My bar room thread is no more ridiculous than your threads that beg and starve for attention every day. At least mine come every couple of months. But I know you'll still sit there and, as a true hypocrite, deny this. So I'll provide an example:

It felt like a conversation worth having. Do we no longer value discussion on a discussion forum?

But since you seem to be a fan of people looking up the facts, let's look up some more. Let's look up the threads I've started recently:

http://forums.wrestlezone.com/search.php?searchid=8432545

Does that look like the posting history of a man who creates a thread that begs for attention on a daily basis? I didn't think so.

You call me obsessed, but you're the one skewing the facts in an effort to drag another man through the mud. If anyone's obsessed, I'd say it's you.

Now, you may respond to this by saying that this thread is CLEAR evidence that I'm obsessed with you. But what you need to consider is that this thread has nothing to do with you. It's about the 2009 Rookie of the Year. If that were Dave, or Lariat, or SavageTaker, or whoever, it'd be their name on the poll instead of your own. I have no obsession with you. Just the ability to gut you with a passing comment and make you feel and look like the little man you are.

Actually, that's exactly my response to this. Did you honestly take the time out to put this together? Am I having a nightmare? No, wait... this really just happened. You took my post so literally and you were so eager to make a point that you did... this.

All you had to do was say "I disagree" and maybe put a passage or two about why. But you really went the extra mile here and I'm quite disturbed by it. Congratulations, you're officially a creep.

Actually, I believe this thread has to do with your obsession. You've been consumed with the fact that I won this poll since 2009. For one reason or the next, you constantly go back to this topic and make case after case about why you should have won.

First of all, who really cares? Does this burn you up inside that much? Fact of the matter is that I was a billion times better than you when I first signed onto this forum. I was as motivated as most rookies that put effort into their posting in this place not only was I was one of the top posters of that year but I was much better than you.

Since then, I've grown to not give a shit about my "quality" or "quantity" of posts. I've accomplished all I wanted to accomplish here. Sure, presently, many are going to think that you're more deserving of an award from three years ago because they weren't here when I gave a crap. Now that I don't, they can think whatever they want. The truth is still the truth.
