Well the truth is LaBar and Isenberg have never been up on TNA from what I have seen so its no big surprise, they take a shot at TNA at least once every show.
Onto the comments made they DID say it could have fallen through the cracks and they didn't really know, I think they were just trying to make the point that its bad publicity to promise something to the fans and not deliver, which is true. I know if I ordered Victory Road, saw that travesty, got a promise from TNA that they would give me something and didn't deliver I might be turned off from ordering their PPV's because they are basically saying "We gave you crap, now we are gonna slap you in the face for good measure".
Note that doesn't mean that's what TNA did, since this is really the only time i have heard anything about this and its been 2-3 months already. Truthfully they don't get alot of PPV buys as it is so it would be in their best interest to keep the fans that actually PAY to watch a TNA PPV. It certainly isn't earth shattering and really there is no merit to what was said, it was a good point but its hard to believe a story when only 1 fan out of 10,000 speaks up.
I look at it as CSR has really only ever been a WWE show for the most part, I don't think I usually ever hear much about TNA on that show but its obvious both just don't care for the TNA product. I like the show myself but they do post pretty much ANY story they can get no matter how big or small. You got to remember though they gotta fill 40 minutes every week and talk about the latest news in wrestling, if thats the case you will pick up any story you can.
I will say they didn't come out and make it sound like it was legit news, they were just making a valid point that its not a good idea to piss off fans especially when you don't have a lot that will buy PPV's as it is. They did say it could be an isolated incident so I really don't see what the big deal is.
