I think this has potential, to get them started have Dibiase fued with Orton, pretty much bitching bout the mistreatment of Legacy, have Orton talking bout how he didnt need them, how there were many others willing to take their place, how he is leaving his own legacy...have the match at a PPV with Dibiase and Henning running in at the end seemingly to aid Orton only to help Dibiase beat down Orton. Have Orton battle the Fortunate Sons for a while maybe till Summerslam where he faces Ted Dibiase again in a stip match where the other stable members can't interfere, this time with Orton picking up the win only to get beat down at the end. Perhaps this is the chance for Cody Rhodes to return? have him return and clear the ring of the Fortunate Sons then as Orton is recovering punt him? set up a nice 3 way fued between the badass tweener Orton, the lone wolf Rhodes and the new improved heel leader Dibiase...Let Dibiase win give him and his boys some cred, send Orton to SmackDown! and keep Rhodes on RAW as a face to oppose Dibiase...future PPV WWE title match right there
