on wwe.com they just said at survivor series it will be raw vs smackdown vs ecw. I think that is horrible because it takes away the chance of having a dx vs nwo match. Also I feel that smackdown and ecw does not have the names to match up against raw.

yes they do there's only going to be five people on each team are you telling me that smackdown and ecw don't have five superstars on there roster i think all three shows are good but raw does have more mid-card talent also i'm not so sure i like the dx vs nwo thing nash,hogan,hall,syxx-pac,and savage are all over the hill

Name one reason why that match can't still happen. (Other than the fact that the alleged participants aren't necessarily even signed). Where in the article does it say that Raw vs. Smackdown vs. ECW will take up the entire 2 hours and 45 minutes of the ppv or that Triple H or HBK will be involved?

Are you all forgetting the fact that at least one of the titles has to be on the line??!! I mean you can all wish for these great matches but the fact is that it will more then likely not include RVD, BigShow, Sabu, Cena, Edge, Booker, or Batista due to the fact that they will probably all be included in title matches or something....Come on be real!!

well i could care less if cena is part of the raw team i think its stil to early to determne who will be in the match as there is plenty of time to shake things up n make new storylines but dx vs nwo vs the rest of the rosters would be stupid..i look foward to seeing raw vs smackdown vs ecw its something new and it brings a new thing to the mix because its 3 teams so i look foward to it

I would have to agree that a three team classic Survivor Series match would be great. Although I would love to see an nWo vs. DX Survivor Series match, I highly doubt it's going to happen. But I also don't believe that Survivor Series is going to be an immediate disappointment without DX VS. nWo.

If the WWE does go ahead with an ECW vs. RAW vs. Smackdown classic Survivor Series match, I hope they have a stipulation with it. For example, the winning team can select one winner to be number 1 contender for a title of their choosing.

It would give the teams something to work for, and would cause feuds on the respective brands after.

Yes cause an 8th incarnation is so necessary. I'm a fan of the nWo and wouldn't mind seeing them back but they certainly don't "need" to be brought back. It would likely be more of a case of nwo members using the nWo name as opposed to those members acting like the nWo for an extended period of time. DX is acting like DX but the Hall and Nash unfortunately have histories that suggest that they'll be part of the big angle and maybe not even make it through the whole thing.

How is ECW garbage... Yes there are some flaws in it.. But its far from garbege... Just because it doesnt have Extreme Rules in every match doesnt make it garbage.. You need to consider the fact that the ECW Alumni are getting older and more brittle... They cant compete in the same lenghts as they used to.. And Nwo is def not needed.. Like to see it... But its not needed..

Basically, if you are calling ECW Garbage, technically, you are still calling WWE garbage. Did some of us forget, what with all of the extra homework our first-grade teachers are giving out these days, that WWE OWNS ECW?!?!?!? I think PaulWall hit the nail on the head, I think you will see WWE (Raw/SD!) vs ECW. Honestly, a triple threat Survivor Series Match would be way too confusing, and may not hold the fans' interest. And yes, at least one title will have to be defended, so the chances of Cena, Booker (or Lashley), depending on No Mercy plans, and Show all appearing in a triple threat would be slim to none. Yes, DX vs. nWo would be great, but, really, what kind of match quality would be put out by the old nWo-ites, when the original 3 are either all plastic, alcoholics, or just really unreliable?

if nwo does come back...it will be at survivor series, but not in a 3 way classic match. they will show up to make dx's life hell. the fact is, it probably won't happen. i would love to see it. one can only hope. we all wanted to see it 9 years ago when both groups were in there prime...maybe vince will listen to his fans and try to make it happen...only time will tell.

I'd like to see a return of the "Final Match Of Survival" they had in 1990, have 2 teams from each brand face off, with the winning survivors going into the final 3 way at the end of the show...

would be a great way to push one or two people into the Royal Rumle contention slots especially guys like Kennedy or Shelton

Well I did just get a txt message saying it will be Raw vs SD! vs ECW.. So this who I think the teams are going to consist of...


Raw - Edge, Orton, Masters, Flair, Carlito..

SD - Finley, Regal, Kennedy, Benoit, Turkey..

ECW - Sandman, Dreamer, Sabu, RVD, CM Punk

All of you guys are not thinking about the rest of the ppv. there is going to be more then just the elimination match. on a standard ppv there is 6 or 7 matches. so there will be something with dx so they wont be in it. edge and cena will most likely fight again and if not then orton and cena will fight. so orton wont be in it or edge IMO. then the ECW title will be on the line cause they have to try and get over so Sabu or Big Show wont be in it. And then the Smackdown title must be on there cause they need all the help they can get, so Batista and Booker or Lashley wont be in the match either. Then they will have some other matches which will most likely be and IC match, so two of these guys wont be in it, Nitro, Carlito, maybe Orton. So that match most likely wont be as good as you are all hoping for.

Everyone keeps hyping this huge 15 man tag team match for the Survivor Series. Does anyone realize that 15 men fighting at the same time would be the biggest cluttered mess that this place has ever seen?

Your probably saying to yourselves "what about the Royal Rumble, everyone is fighting themselves anyway." Well the RR is total anarchy and really not that entertaining to me until you get down to the final 6 guys.

Plus with all those huge names, that would mean (this has been brought up before) that there would be no titles on the line and the match would have to be like 45 minutes long make any sense. I think it's a bad idea.
