Someone Took My Junior Prom Date

No joke... I was about to ask this girl... and then, all of a sudden, I find she's been asked by some senior. How dumb is that? A senior asking a junior to the JUNIOR... lemme say that again... the JUNIOR Prom. So dumb.

Now I'm dateless, and probably will not go, which sucks cuz I was planning on going to a really sweet afterparty... and I'm def not going dateless, so, looks like next Friday night I'll just be home along posting on WZ...

Not that dumb. I know seniors who asked freshman to prom. It's very common. Shoulda grew a set, and asked her a while back. Not a freakin week before. It's not all that bad to go dateless, just hang out with friends. Or ask somebody else.

Also doesn't matter if it's the "junior" prom. If a senior can go it's not very junior-exclusive.

Im not talking about THE prom, which is for seniors, im talking about the junior prom, for JUNIORS. Like me. And the girl. That I was ready to ask to go with me TWO weeks before-- the prom is NEXT friday night, not this one coming.

Well, considering the fact that I was trying to get some by going to the dance, I wouldnt say that I'm gay.

And I'm more into football and baseball than basketball, especially college level.

Sly's right, sports come before proms. I know proms are big things in America (not so much here, I skipped both of mine. One to get pissed with my mates at a flat party, the other cos I'd rather spend it with my girlfriend) but sports come before some crappy night that costs a fortune to get all dressed up. And that college basketball stuff is apparantly a big deal too, so be a man, watch sports!
