What ever you do, DON"T use or buy throat spray. That shit doesn't work. NyQuil is your best option.

Also, great way to use Striker for SpoodBeest.

Im going to the doctor (pun not intended), just to get checked out, its started to feel better cause i had a throat lozenge, but no gym session today, which sucks balls.
