Smackdown DVR question and ratings?

I have Comcast and ever since Smackdown moved to SciFi my DVR has not been recording it. I tried multiple times to reprogram it to the correct channel and it says it's going to DVR it and then Friday night I get home and it's not on my DVR.

I was wondering...

1. Has this happened to anyone else since the move?

2. If this was a large-scale problem would this effect the ratings for the show?

3. Is DVR viewing accounted for when they figure out the ratings?

4. You have to be a "Neilsen Chosen" home to be counted anyway right?

On a side note.... I'm sure I'm just doing something stupid or my DVR isn't programmed right but I thought it would make an interesting thread...

I think it may be programmed to delete if space is needed or something... but I thought I fixed it. I think it is a problem with the way Comcast has their schedule in their system.

The first number you hear has nothing to do with those recording. They do add some later for those that watch within a few days on DVR or something along those lines but I do not think this adjustment is as meaningful to the adrate side of things.

In short, not a technological issue, simply a quality of the product issue.

Unrelated question, are you affiliated with the video game store in Framingham?

Also, try manually recording it and then changing it to Record Series
