Because Otunga might turn out to be REALLY good, and Heyman doesn't care anymore. I'm not a huge fan of Heyman's commentary either, but that's a personal thing.

You can make a 3 hour Raw work, and honestly...the solution is more commercials, just not DURING matches. Everyone wins this way, IMO.
