Why do they have so many moderators and admins?

It seems really strange.

I don't think I could join another wrestling forum and stick with it. I've tried too damn hard here and committing to somewhere else would be like a slap in the face. I am a member of a Graphics forum which gets around 10 posts a day though. Pretty good one, if I must say so myself. I have 2 posts... And growing.
