Yeah, I'm not good at coordinating things or communicating in general, but I'd really like to try and help get the word out about TNA's LIVE broadcast this thursday at 8 PM. I am and have been a fan of TNA for a long time and I've been a fan of wrestling for an even longer amount of time and I'd like to do whatever little I can to try and help TNA increase viewership, as well as anything else that will help the company grow and thrive.
I think to get the message out that Impact will be LIVE and at 8PM this thursday, whoever has one, should get on twitter and get some trends going. It might be a lot to ask to start now, but whose ever willing could do so. If your willing to tweet and re-tweet about #IMPACTlive(or whatever you'd like such as #TNA,) I believe the best time to do so would be maybe an hour or a half before the show.
The point of me making this thread is because I'm looking for help and guidance, maybe from respected members here and others who are looking to support TNA.
I was really impressed last week that Joey Ryan was trending world-wide before Impact even started and his name continued to trend into the midnight hour here on the east coast as Impact had just started in the west coast. I'd really like to see #TNA, #ImpactLive or something along those lines trend right before and all the way thru the Live Broadcast this thursday, instead of seeing one wrestler's name trend world wide for a second and disappear.
And on top of that I think it'd be cool if we could get it to trend even before that, but for now, anything will do.
Now I'm not a huge fan of twitter and don't think it's the end all be all to getting more people to follow TNA, but I do know a lot of people use it and when something is trending people usually check out the reason behind why it is trending. But what it is - is simple. As TNA fans, it's not asking a lot from us just too tweet a few things mentioning TNA, heck you could you even say you dislike #TNA.
I'd just really like to see the ball start rolling and I want the LIVE Impact to be a success and I know there are a lot of people who want the same. So I'm asking for everyone's help in doing so and I'm looking for other ideas as well, on top of tweeting. Also it'd be helpful if you could post this or your own "call to arms" on other forums asking for assistance to make people aware of TNA, going Live, and starting an hour earlier. With a little bit of help from us, we could boost TNA's rating a tenth of a point and while that may not seem like a big deal, it could be the deciding factor in TNA being a 1.5 or setting a new record and being a 1.6.
Spread the word y'all. Look it all the hype things like Kony 2012 got from the internet.
