This time without my usual lack of punctuation.
1. Perhaps the Over Taker would be his nickname in the outfit. Corny, yes. Lame, yes. Logical, sadly yes. Just the same only good if used against the Undertaker.
2. Maybe I had too high of hopes for their Mania match. Maybe I looked upon the match as though I were a talent scout too much and not enough as me just being a fan. Maybe I'm too picky. Still yet another maybe the screen I looked at the match from wasn't big enough and I should consider re ordering it with a giant H.D. TV. Getting to the point. I don't think their match was THAT good. Both Shawn's and Mark's (the undertaker) falls had awkward, clearly mistaken, landings when falling to the outside. Whilst Shawn just landed wrong. The camera guy was either too far back or Mark didn't fly far enough, either way you can't tell me they meant for him to give himself a flying tombstone. Also a few of the submission holds seemed very sloppy. For instance the figure four seemed all wrong. Aside from the odd submissions and falls I do agree it was a great otherwise flawless match that did live up to the hype. Certainly stole the show. Unquestionably a top 10 mania match ever. But I have yet to see, if wrong on this I apologize, anyone mention the matches flaws aside from Mark's fall. Perhaps it's one of those things it would take a while for people to bring up. In example, Shawn vs Bret immediately after the match and for seemingly months after, you wouldn't hear a complaint on the match. However, years later some argued that the match had too many rest holds and was slow or boring. Mind you, I disagree with that assessment as I'm sure many of you do. Never the less my point is this: due to the aforementioned noticeable flaws, I feel there is yet room for improvement. Why not let them have a 3 P.P.V. in a row or every other one kind of thing happen. It's a great feud that didn't get that long a run in the 90's, plus since it was so long back why not another. I'm not saying lets make a H.H.H. H.B.K. never ending thing out of the matter. Just 1 or 2 more. Perhaps a best out of 3 with Undertaker getting the last win, not that they should treat it as a best of 3 thing, but just for us at home keeping score. They can do better. All that story line is right there, be a shame to end it before you have to.
All that said, I agree with most on this thread in that there should be no Wrestle Mania 26 rematch. If Shawn goes out with a win let him beat H.H.H. As long and overdone as that feud was it never did get to be at mania. If Shawn is to go out with a loss let him lose to Dibiase Jr. set him up to do the same to the Undertaker to retire him. Then after Taker is 19-1 and retired, Dibiase can have a feud with Orton over who's the better legend killer or something.
All that said, for those who are angrily preparing your reply, I add Kane's my second pick to end the Undertakers career. I reiterate, maybe it was just my T.V.'s poor quality and the match was better than I gave it credit for. Either way they didn't top Angle Michaels. So they still have a barrier to break in terms of greatness, and don't give me the "but the Undertaker cant wrestle like Kurt" cuz I'm not saying he has too, I'm just saying you can always do better.
