Settle It: Shocky's Tag Tournament vs. Match Tournament

Since there is a thread semi-dedicated to it.

Choice One: Tag Team Tournament, similar to last years, but this year, more then one team for each wrestler.

Choice Two: Match Tournament. Decide the greatest match of the modern Era (1984-Present).


The Bad. If you don't select the Tag Tournament, Sam will hate you. If you don't select the Match Tournament, Norcal will hate you.

I say the match tournament. I mean, how much different can the tag tournament turn out? It'll still be E&C, Harts, and given the propensity to put newer teams over deserving teams, we'll probably see Santino and Carlito in the Finals.


I say go match tournament. There's a lot more to discussion there.

Match Tournament, pretty much for what Sly said. The second singles tourny still saw HBK and Taker make it to the elite eight and the only difference were mainly due to gimmicks (and IC25's fantastic debating/campaigning). The tag tourny would turn out pretty much the same. Plus, matches has yet to be done.

I don't think certain matches, even if they are great, can get several threads worth of discussion. I think some sort of gimmick might be needed for different rounds. Focus on crowd reaction for one round, try to find negative points or blown spots in another. Or something along those lines.

Tag tourney, Match tourney just seems like it would get boring after the first couple rounds, their is only so much you can debate about a match before you just start repeating yourself over and over

Stable tournament? That sounds fun. It's similar to the tag tournament, but yet different at the same time. Also, I agree with the match tournament being repetative after the opening rounds. So, people I think the stable tournament is the way to go.
