Went with Echelon for two reasons. Firstly, he's given a lot to the Fed over the last 7 years or so. In fact, without his work, it might not even be there. He doesn't get enough credit for things like this. Also, he is a quality poster and an all-around good dude. Always willing to help and always pumping out great posts.

KB is KB and does an awesome job around here. Still, I feel bad for voting Dagger over Ech in the last round.

Yep I was around for that. I used to be the Dagger of my day. CM would get annoyed that I was the only mod faster than he was.

CM was a good man. 4 years later and he's still sorely missed. I remember when we had more G-Mods active than we did regular mods, like 8 at one point. Were you around for the Prax incident?

I had front row tickets to the whole thing. Second best meltdown in forum history other than Sideous. Except Siddy's was a long time coming. Prax just exploded. Like FTS but more entertaining.

You won't find Prax's meltdown as it was in the WZCW creative room. I checked it last time I had access, couldn't find it, and assumed it had been deleted. And there was like a faction that split off due to Prax's banning as well. We had guy that had been made mod like the day before, and then he went apeshit and got banned as well. I think like 4 people walked from the fed.

Other than joyous dancing in the streets I don't think anyone cared when Sideous got canned.

You weren't on staff for the best parts of Sid.

I was in college at the time and was working on a big paper. I took a break and jumped on the forums to see if there was anything that needed to be done (I was a G-Mod at the time). Sid asked me to do something and I did it without looking. Later on Sly reversed it because it wasn't appropriate. I looked at it later on and Sly was right. Sid went into a day long fit, saying that I intentionally did something wrong so that he would look bad as a result. He also said that none of us, including G-Mods and Sly, were allowed in his section and that the idea that I was above him was an insult.

Later he became obsessed with the idea of cliques on staff. By this point even Sly was sick of him. We had a G-Mod Board Room at the time and decided that we had had enough of him. I had an idea: Sly was going to go back and reverse all of Sid's infractions so I could go in and redo all of them. Sid would ask why and Sly would say that Sid just wasn't in the right clique to make his infractions stick.

When you can get Sly annoyed at you and drive he and I (especially back then) to work together, you must be bad.
