The fans did nothing wrong and if anyone thinks different then stop being a tool for what WWE wants you to think.
The Rumble as a whole was very meh, the crowd went dead for Bryan's ridiculously short run, there was a ton of cannon fodder and I'm almost sure Big Show wasn't supposed to be eliminated when he was leading to that insane mess with the bell ringing.

Fans shit on Reigns winning because the WWE's been telegraphing that he's going to win. The Royal Rumble is the one event all year the the fans *actually* want to be surprised with, and you knew who was winning this as soon as Dean Ambrose went over the top rope. The finish was dead because no, the Big Show or Kane don't fight for the title at WrestleMania.

They booked the Rumble in Philly a year in advance right? B/c if so, there's no way they didn't know this is how the crowd was going to react when Reigns won. At this point, you better hope this was a one time thing and doesn't carry over like Batista despite the fact this year is no where near as bad as last year and I actually agree with it.
