I know Red is not in TNA right now but most of the TNA fans know who he is
so would you like to see a A.RED VS. REY jr. Match and if so who do you think would win and why ??????????

HOW F***ing Awesome would this match be. I would have it have no time and be a no DQ and have it over the X Gold. (WOW) could be Best match of any year What do you think????

:headbanger: :headbanger:

I definitely see it happening. Rey seems so out of place in the WWE right now that it's almost sad. Dude's definitely got a lot of talent, but I think he's being overused. He's better off as an X Division talent because the X Division guys complement each others' abilities. Overtime, it got lame seeing Rey not being able to complement guys like Benoit and Angle...

Please, dont ever, EVER, put Red in the same hat as Rey Mysterio. Red sucks. He was semi-ok before the knee injury but now he just sucks. Hell, ROH killed his push because they got Jack Evans who could do all of Red's moves 10 times better than Red. On the other hand Rey Mysterio is a veteran who knows what he is doing in the ring. He has the ring psychology down and the ability to make people around him and himself look good.

On the other hand, rey is a child friendly spokesperson who is to afraid to do a fucking hurricarana. Amazing red is a wrestler.

Rey's finisher is a springboard hurricanrana...

And I couldn't tell that Red was a wrestler. I always figured that he was a circus gymnist who got lost and ended up in a wrestling ring. And who to cover up his incredible botching abilities and a complete lack of wrestling knowledge uses any flashy move that makes no sense he can think of.

Which he hasn't done on a regular basis since Bill Clinton was running the country. Sure, I'll give you that red has had some rough matches in ROH back in the day, but looking at who he was working with, I'm not surprised. He wrestled damn near flawless and entertaining matches with Styles back in TNA's infancy and was way tighter in the ring than most after he arrived in TNA and stayed consistent. As to his "incredible botching abilities" you make him sound like Jeff Hardy, which I think he was way better than. And for as much as Red weighs he's not exactly going to be exchanging catch-as-catch-can manuevers with guys twice his size. After all, he weighed a whopping 140 pounds for most of his career. Red is basically Rey Mysterio in 1996...just not with the cool mask.

He was doing it earlier in the year even going over the top rope & doing it, either he's not doing it because of his bad knee needing surgery so he doesn't injure someone or Vince wanted him to lay off. he would dominate the x devision but he's not going anywhere.

Why does Rey get all this hype. IMO Juventud Guerrera was always a lot better than Rey, best Lucha from that era by a mile. And had it not been for his fucked up attitude and his poor english (holding him back due to bad mic work) he would have been more sucessful than Rey.

rey is all about the pops from the crowd now and prolly doesnt even remember how to be a wrestler after being in the wwe as a "superstar" for years.

Sorry I'm not a big Rey Jr Fan but Rey is the best Lucha of all time him and Eddie to make it in the wwe is what makes them the best ever. just think about even in wcw at rey's age and size come on man he even has a win back in the day over Nash and to get that back then you must have done some thing right. and his move set in ECW And WcW where better then Juvie sorry man but that's how it is .................. Yes Rey Jr can speek good English but his mic skills are not good by a long shot. So it has to be the skill that put's him over Juvie............

Rey's match back in WCW at World War 3 put him on the map for me he faced Ultimo Dragon, at the time Ultimo held 8 different titles from all over the world. Rey ended up loosing the match but it took Ultimo everything he had one of the best matches i've seen back then & showed Rey was for real.

World War 3 in what year. I have all of them but I cant remember the match. Let me know, I wouldn't mind watching it again.

And again there is no denying Rey has skills, I just always felt as many others would agree that Juventud Guerrera had more variety and more breath-taking stuff in his repertoir. His ****y, self-involved attitude as well as a variety of drug and criminal issues really held him back more than anything.

Yes, two spot grabbing, talentless, bump artists. What an excellent match. [/sarcasm]

He had more variety and more breath-taking stuff as part of his repertoir. And if it wasnt for his cokcy and self-absorbed attitude as well as a number of drug and criminal issues he would have been a much bigger deal in the wrestling business. That more than anything is what kept him from ever reaching the next level.

Not sure what year but it was right after Bishoff came out as a NWO member.
