Have you uploaded it to Photobucket. If not, do that.
If you have right click the image, go to 'properties' and you will see the URL.

Start an account on the site and upload it. Or use tinypic as Stinger says. Never used it myself though.

tinypic is simple and doesn't need a signup. just go to the site and upload the picture and then copy the img code.

Here are the exact steps on posting your sig:

1.Right click on the image and click "Save Image As"
2.Save the images
3.Go to www.tinypic.com
4.Click the "Choose File" button and find the image
5.Click "Upload Now"
6.Copy the link with the tags around it
7.Come back here
8.Go to User CP
9.Go to Edit Signature
10.Paste the link

I'm not so sure that you're making these yourself. To me, it looks like you're using a website like PicNik to just add text and edit the photos a bit. TPP has a wonderful GIMP Tutorial on the main graphics page, thats how I learned. Now look at me!

But I must be honest with you, they are plain, and I doubt that you did them.
