Lasso them and then drag them through the desert at a high rate of speed. Fun!
I'm not sure if Trophys/Acheivements are supported for RDR offline, because you get a one for placing a hogtied women on the tracks, and witnessing her death. It's called Dasterdly or something.
Now there's an idea.
I never seem to be able to hold them long enough, and the always escape.

You gotta avoid dragging them around cactus and big rocks n stuff...but if you just drag em through open desert n shit, its so much fun...until they die...lol
I hogtied this dude and put him on the back of my horse, I was taking him for a little ride, and was gonna try and see if I could throw him off a cliff, by getting close to the edge and putting him down. I then got attacked by coyotes, and the guy fell off during the escape. I don't think he died from the fall....but the coyotes wern't chasing ME anymore. 
I got bored last night, so i decided to have a showdown, i was playing as Jack though and i wa in Blackwater, and the hotel room you get there is secure, so i started some violence and got my bounty up a bit. Law enforcement officers start training to enter my room and im taking cover against the wall, by the time i raked up a 3000 dollar bounty i'd killed over 50 policemen and they'd piled up on the stairs, second levels floor and all over the bar.
Man, you really need to get online. There's challenges and other things, that you can get by killing cops, and holding giant bountys. There's nothing I love more then having a giant bounty, and hiding out on top of the train station in Armadillo, or the jail on MacFarlane's ranch. Blackwater is the best, because theres so many buildings and ladders you can climb, theres just so many places you can hide.
I had a showdown in Blackwater with another player...I had a 2 man posse, and it was just my posse member and I. We we're on the top of the one building and we kept killing each other. It was actually pretty fun, until the guy threw a stick of dynamite, and killed us both at the top. My posse member left, and the guy then decided to put on his headset, and call me several very offensive names, and then added about how much I "suck" (even though I killed him like 30 times.). I actually thought the guy was pretty cool before that, I would have gotten my headset out, but it was late, and I wasn't in the mode for a flame war. I also didn't feel like getting my headset turned on and everything too.
But yes... "Showdowns" can be quite fun...until you die.
Although the past 2 days I've been playing Madden...maybe I'll get back on RDR after a year or two in my new franchise, I got AP and Reggie Bush on the Steelers.
I didn't want Holmes, since he isn't on the Steelers anymore
(), so I traded him to the Vikings for AP, a first round draft pick, and Mendenhall. To replace Mendenhall, I got Reggie Bush for draft pick rounds 2, 3, and 4.
I later discovered that the Vikings where sucking pretty bad without Brett Favre (obviously the game makes that idiot retire automatically after the first year.), so I decided to trade them Matt Moore (I picked him up in the Free Agents) for Bernard Berrian. I needed another decent WR, but of course the great Pittsburgh Steelers are so far undefeated 12-0 in the 2010 season...which is what will happen this year in real life anyways....except for the Brett Favre retiring part...though we may get see that little girl cry...too bad they don't have that in Madden.
Ok sorry, let's stay on topic of RDR though, I was just decided to mention how great I am at Madden...beating all sorts of NFL records on All Madden difficulty

So... I got attacked by a bear today... on the Great Plains... Has this happened to anybody else? I mean, I was down by "Broken Tree", literally where the chest is, and a fucking bear attacked me.

I've been attacked by a bear but i shot it 2 times in the head then in died, so i haven't died from them yet.

No, no... I don't mean has anybody been killed by a bear... I mean has anybody encountered one that far south? Some guy was chasing the fucking thing through the great plains. I thought they were only in Tall Tree... It was only a hundred feet or so from Beechers Hope. At any rate, here's an interesting FYI if you didn't know... Apparently, you can kill shit from horseback with your knife. Shot a couger twice with my revolver, followed it, and knifed it from my horse! (NOT with throwing knives, the actual hunting knife)
