You know, an odd thought just hit me. With all of the segments that involve the arena lights being cut off for several seconds, how has there never been a fan run in during them?

Imagine what kind of crap could happen, seriously. Lights go out, fan runs in the ring and faces the camera holding a really offensive sign or something, then lights come back on. I know they have ringside security, but it's gotta be hard to keep tabs on everyone when it's almost completely dark.
