Well, Randy Orton is headlining Wrestlemania and carrying Raw, while, although talented, Christian is used as a midcard body and is in the ECW title picture, I'll opt for the Legend Killer.

Christian is a good wrestler, but he hasn't accomplished what Orton has, and probably never will meet up with The Legend Killer. You could say it's McMahon holding him back, but it doesn't matter. Orton is already a legend and he will just keep getting better.

Well, you could also say Orton=Cena. And if Swagger is equal to Cena, and Christian isn't as good as Swagger... Orton>Christian.
