Random Thoughts Thread

I still say that he shouldn't have died.

I thought it worked. His death is the straw that breaks the camel’s back so to speak and sends Vash into a deep, dark place. His guilt is so great that it takes Meryl to get him out of it. That works and helps establish that there is a potential relationship there.

Yeah, it did help in Vash and Meryl's case. Although, what about Milly? Where does she go now that her potential boyfriend has died? Plus, Nick was one of my favorite anime characters.

Milly had to support Meryl and in order to do that she had to understand the same sort of pain she was going through. In the manga (from what I understand) she doesn't freak out nearly as much as she does in the anime.

I remember watching the episode when he died too and thinking that Milly took that death a little too hard. I mean it's not like they were married or anything.

I marked out when I saw FunKay's new name, not going to lie.

And considering this is a "Random" Thoughts Thread, D-Man, it certainly hasn't derailed. It's impossible to derail, no matter how much J-Dogg tried to turn it into the OFFICIAL J-Dogg Thread.

I just been watching the flood disaster thats occuring in Australia, its truely sad were finding out children are dying and people being displaced, i have alot of concern for some of my family who live near where the floods are.

Wow, one of the guests on the morning show, who I've met and is a really nice guy, his wife passed away today. Heartbreaking.

I keep watching the flood disaster on TV in my country....the state that is flooded is like the size of Texas and its 75 percent flooded and a disaster zone.

I'm reading an excerpt of a book about media audience observations for a class and all the references they make are horribly outdated. They talked about listening to a walkman while waiting for the train, the program Dallas being very popular, and how Madonna has hundreds of thousands adoring teenage fans. I can't help but think that all of these references will go right over the students' heads in 5-10 years.

I keep seeing the devastation of the flood crisis here in Australia, i have close friends with family in the state of Queensland where the floods crisis is, but the spirit of the communities and this country is really truely outstanding.

I've written 40 pages..about 9000 words...in a day and a half. All for a new zombie book I've writing. Sadly, my previous book has been put on hold. I'm just plain stuck on it.

Jon Hamm: More talented brother of Keanu Reeves, Keanu Reeves impersonator who's laying it on thick with the talent thing, or actually Keanu Reeves?
