Question regarding part-timers

Cody Rhodes Diva
I notice that in top WWE markets such as Los Angeles, Boston, the New York City area, Chicago, St. Louis, Dallas, Houston or Philadelphia that in PPVs or RAWs have the likes of Brock Lesnar, Undertaker or The Rock but almost never in lesser WWE markets such as Seattle, Portland, Kansas City, Jacksonville, Denver, Providence, or Charlotte. Coincidence?

Bigger wrestling cities which means bigger names to draw the fans. Business move not coincidence.

Bigger names + bigger cities = bigger gates.

The biggest markets draw the biggest names. It's really that simple.

Bigger names + bigger cities = bigger gates.

So like did everyone just skip Starkist's reply and think that no one had said big market + big name yet?

Now on to the topic at hand, I think this has something, and I could be wrong here, to do with big markets and, again this is pure speculation, big gates.

There's a reason Toronto gets takeover and survivor while bumfuck Ontario gets the holiday tour,

Same reason the secondarynmarkets nxt tour was cancelled

I remember the last time I attended a WWE event (a house show in Spokane, Washington) that John Cena made an appearance. As far as I know, the December 2013 WWE house show was the first time in quite some time that Cena visited Spokane.
