Well, my personal favorite is Mick Foley vs Randy Orton from backlash 2003. Yes it was a hardcore match, but it was a phenomenal hardcore match. But if you wanted to go with pure wrestling I'd go with the Hart/Michaels ironman match.

Taker vs. Jeff Hardy
I dont know why but this match made me love ladder matches. Probably because of the high spots by Jeff or excellent power moves by Taker but that ladder was used in so many different ways.
