Pointless Wrestlers

A lot of the cruiserweight have no charisma but they all have wrestling ability, there just not allowed to excell like they would be able to in a different promotion.

like say TNA

Not really cause if that's "nuff said" that's spamming. Back up your thoughts to avoid that.

Anyway, the "divisoin" is pointless. The cruiserweights themselves being employed aren't. They may not be able to perform to the best of their ability so I see why you might think it's pointless to have them if not used in a certain way, but they also have a point whether it to be in tag teams or have other roles. Everyone listed so far has some sort of purpose. If they are replaceable you guys might arguye that their replacements are pointless as well. So what exactly makes someone not pointless? If it's being used in a specific way (which many aren't), keep in mind that if a wrestler is't being used in that way, they stll probably have some other "point." Take Batista again since he's the one that stands out on the list being the biggest name on it. If he's pointless, then the person replacing him could be considered pointless as well. So again, what really qualifies someone as not being pointless? I'm guessing that whatever is said, a case can be made that the lesser stars do or can serve a similar point in a lesser degree, or serve some other one.

I don't really think there is any pointless wrestlers in the WWE- I mean they do have to be employed for a reason, right? And you have to put in storylines, angles, etc... It's really hard for me to think of one pointless wrestler.

If you dismantled every wrestling league that exists in the world today and had a draft, Batista would be among the top 5 picks. His wrestling skills and mic skills might not be that great, but he knows how to entertain people and he makes the crowd pop. He inarguable is good for the WWE.

Johnny Nitro does serve a purpose given that he's relatively young and he's quite a performer. Bright future on him and he's important for the future of the WWE.

These are wrestlers with WWE contracts that are just wasting a lot of peoples' time: Eugene, Jim Duggan (shut up and retire already!!!), Viscera, Snitsky, half of Smackdown's tag teams, Cade & Murdoch, and possibly a few others I can't think of right now.

My defence of them

In you're opinion what wrestlers bring absolutley nothing to the table?

I'm on about wrestlers who cant work or talk and just generally serve no purpose and dont benefit the product in any way. So that for example does'nt include Cena and J.B.L. who are both good on the mic or say Haas and Super Crazy who are good in ring workers but there promos are'nt up to scratch.

Batista - has the fans in the palm of his hand and is a good power wrestler.
Viscera - His music rules . AND he helps the tag division.
The Gymini - Help the tag division
Mark Henry - Good solid wrestler who everyone loves to hate
Umaga - UUUUUUUUUUMAGA
Hardcore Holly - Not a great wrestler but is great at hardcore.
Mike Knox - dont watch ECW
Test - "" ""
Gene Snitzky - Cant wrestle, but can do a good job on heat
Lance Cade - helps the tag division
Trevor Murdock - helps the tag division and has great in ring chemstry with cade
The Great Khali - cant defend this guy anymore

In my opinion these wrestlers dont serve any purpose in WWE and if they were fired it would be no grat loss to the company.

when I think of useless, I think of the Tugboat, Baston Burger, Xanta Clause, The Goon, T.L. Harper, Salvatore Sincere, Knuckleball, Who, duke the dumpster droise, Lochness and Yeti from WCW, The Gobbledy-Gooker, red rooster (poor terry taylor), Shock Master, The berzerker, nailz, Adam Bomb, Mantuar, skinner, damian damento, kwang, waylan mercy, sultan. i know that some were good under different names, but they were useless under these.
