Blizzard announced their newest game today, in the form of a sexy, cartoon-style first person shooter called OVERWATCH.
Visually, it looks like a higher quality next-gen Half Life 2, with more than a little influence from Pixar animation and the new Disney "Big Hero 6" movie.
The gameplay is a cross between your pre-upgrade shooters, and a MOBA game like League of Legends. There are multiple heroes, each with a role (offense, defense, tank or support) and unique abilities. Each hero also has a "finisher", which is exactly what it sounds like.

I love Blizzard, so I'm hyped for anything they do. Between Warcraft 3, World of Warcraft, Diablo III and Hearthstone I've dropped...almost as much time as I have into League of Legends the past four years. But after watching the gameplay trailer and doing some research on their site, this may just become my most anticipated game of [whenever they release it].
