Speaking of, I was thinking about picking up Bird and Magic's book they wrote together. It just came out and it's getting some great reviews. Did you hear anything about it yet?

Yeah I've heard it's quite good and very funny. Magic and Larry were on Conan last week, made the book sound wonderful.

Pats. The 49ers exposed the Colts, and the Texans almost took advantage of that last week. Surely the greatest coach in the NFL will put a plan together to stop that Colts offense like the Texans and Niners did, and the Pats actually have an offense that can take advantage of what their defense gives them.

Sorry to intervene but the Colts will win. No disrespect to anyone and yes the 49ers did expose my team I just feel like the Pats defense has been kinda shaky this season as has the Colts and it will boil down to which defense plays better. That would have to be the front line of INDY with Mathis and Freeney. They will blow through the line and pressure Brady probably forcing him to call his own penalties which hopefully the refs ignore.

How has the Pats defense been shaky? We're a top ten defense in the NFL, and are currently ranked higher than the Colts when it come to defense. We're only giving up an average of 14.4 points a game.

And if you think Mathis and Freeney are going to blow through what might be the best offensive line in the league on a team that's become famous for it's insanely good offensive lines you're dreaming. Neither have been particularly successful against Brady, this line, or this team.

And the comment about Brady calling his own penalties is horseshit. Come on man, don't use that cop out.

Please the man got his own penalty made for a fluke accident last season. And just trust in recent history the Colts bring their A game for the Pats. Yes Brady is tearing it up right now and maybe there defense is better then the Colts but the Colts have never had a real elite defense. As long as Peytons O-line actually plays like they should be and they protect him which they havent done the last 2 weeks, Peyton will tear it up with passes to Wayne and Clark not to mention Garcon and Collie who have been incredible good for such young players.

It breaks down like this for me, as long as the o line does their job Peyton will do his and he will to it to a better level then Brady.

Lol the 49ers and Texans both came within inches of defeating the Colts, why again is it so outlandish that the Pats would beat them? Are the Texans better than the Patriots?

The Colts secondary is decimated, which means Brady will most likely have a field day. Our secondary is the best its been in years, with Springs, Bodden, Butler, and Wilhite all solid at cornerback. Our safeties have been good with Meriweather coming into his own, and McGowan playing out of his mind. Chung is also being eased into things and has the potential to make a big play.

Yes, the Colts secondary is not very good but then again WHEN IS IT EVER GOOD? Bob Sanders always is hurt for the majority of the season and we still find a way to beat that Patriots. Peyton is excellent at picking apart secondaries. Merriweather is probably the best guy in your secondary, in my opinion of course. Like I said as long as the o-line plays like it did the first 6 games we should have no problem getting the ball downfield. You Patriot fans are acting like the Colts arent 8 and 0. I am pretty sure that counts for something in the NFL and regardless of how we have looked the last 2 weeks we always show up top play the Patriots and we will once again this week. I cant wait for this game.
