Just an FYI: My movie review of Scream 2 is done and up over in the movie review thread. Check out if you guys want, give me some feedback, whatever.. And I've actually proof read and edited it some X, just a few minor edits nothing big. Just wanted to clarify.

Kevin Hart on stage is funny as hell. He is a great stand up comedian.
I fucking hate any fucking movie that has Kevin Hart in it, however. He is a horrible actor and he makes the movies that he is in horrible. Example, Soul Plane, Scary Movie 3, Meet Dave. Need I say more?

So, X, I just watched the ending of the original Wicker Man on Youtube.
I probably would have found it more disturbing if I had seen the rest of the movie and if I hadn't skipped a minute of so of it before the wicker man collapses.
The islanders singing their happy song while a man gets burned to a crisp and crushed was just so sick and wrong and slightly awesome.

You shoulda watched the whole film because the ending is such a shocker. The girl that the detective had been searching for the entire time was already dead, and HE was going to be the sacrifice to the Gods. The whole people dancing and singing joyously while you're burned to death in a giant Wicker Man and singing for God to save you is just creepy. The whole film is creepy.
It's too bad most films and games today rely on gore instead of some good creepiness. Horror isn't my favorite genre, but I can appreciate it.
Like, I don't find the Resident Evil games very creepy except for the occasional jump-scare, but there''s a fan-made game I played called "Whispers in the Woods" which was fucking terrifying. It didn't need to throw things to jump out at you, it did it all through ambiance and atmosphere. You're exploring this village, and really you don't know WHAT the fuck is going on. The music was creepy as hell, too.
Plus the fact that I got the bad ending and was sacrificed didn't help matters. That was something I never saw coming.

God damn right, I've been on MSN alot less myself lately (almost never really) but that's only because I sign on and see you aren't on.
Of course we'll need to talk porn. Porn, music, and wrestling. Possibly a combination of those three things.
