It was quite fuckin' awesome, went to go see a screening of Night of the Living Dead at a local arthouse theater, I've seen it a million times but seeing it on a big screen is always better for any movie. 'Twas awesome.

My night ended a bit early, I've got to get up early tomorrow. That'll ruin your Friday nights/Saturday morning.

What up X? Man I've been reading this book "The Wu Manual" by The RZA, basically breaking down what the Wu Tang Clan has studied and believe in. Needless to say, RZA is a god damn genius. I can't wait to finish this book off and move on to his newest book "The Tao of Wu". Epic stuff man, great read so far. I cleared 100 pages tonight already.

Original of course. The remake is fucking awesome and underrated as hell. The 1990 one that is, the one directed by Tom Savini that stars Tony Todd. That's one of the most underrated zombie films ever.

Awesome, I remember flipping through both of those a few years back when my fellow hip-hop intellectual friend used to bring shit like that to class every day.

I was introduced to the Wu Tang Clan by a real deep introspective friend of mine about 4 years ago. I knew who the Wu Tang Clan was, but I never really dived deep into their music until then. He was real cool dude, we've kinda lost touch over the years, but back then man, he'd come over to my place and kick it with me, smoke a couple bowls with me and we'd discuss philosophy and all sorts of shit. What was cool though, was he gave me the Wu Tang Clan, I gave him Bone Thugs-n-Harmony.

Fuck the whole Wu Tang Clan in general I think is underrated. I mean yeah motherfuckers know they're legends, but not many actually sit down and dissect the lyrics they're saying. Hell reading this book here brought lyrics to attention I had never really paid attention to. Method Man, RZA, GZA, Raekwon, Ghostface Killah, ODB, I love all their solo shit, and when the group gets together, it's on a whole different level.

I don't think there'd be enough interest to warrant it's own sub-forum though. I'm going to start making quite a few horror threads over the next few days, what with it almost being Halloween and all. The most wonderful time of the year!
