I'm watching Raw right now, a little behind. I just got through the Fatal Four Way for the US title.
Kofi Kingston is super over and is making the US title prestigious. I love what the WWE has been doing with the midcard titles the last couple of months.

Kofi just doesn't really do it for me like he does to a lot of people on here. He's talented in the ring, but he has the charisma of a dry piece of toast. I do like him though. I'm just not on his nuts like everyone on here seems to be.
The IC title is a real title again after the work Jericho and Mysterio did. Hopefully they keep it that way instead of the joke it eventually became.

Man, this is good. I can't wait to see next week's Raw now. That was an awesome fucking show. Seriously, that was one of the best Raw's...maybe ever. No matches sucked, except the Hornswoggle shit, but that at least served to further Chavo and Evan Boring.
Wow really man? I thought it was a decent episode, but not best of the year. The ending was very good, and the bits with Dusty and DX were entertaining, but that Hornswoggle-Chavo "match" literally deducted like a solid letter grade off of my rating for the show, that's how terrible and insulting it was.
The ending was great though. It's blatantly obvious now that Legacy will be splitting up very soon.

I was rather dissapointed honestly. I've been looking forward to Jericho vs MVP for 5 months. It was rather mediocre compared to the 5 star match I was hoping for. As well as Big Show vs Mark Henry was quite awesome, it could have ended diffrently. A slam would have been nice somewhere in the match.
As for the Fatal Four Way, I really hope Kofi drops the title soon. Swagger and Miz both seem much more charasmatic, and capable of being more prestige to the title than Kofi.
The Dusty Rhodes turn was nice, but I was quite angry with Cody when he just stood there. Should have attacked Orton, or his dad either one. Just standing there made him look like a bitch.
The cow segment ruined RAW entirely for me. If not for this segment RAW would have gotten a 7 out of 10 from me. This match/segment alone lowered it to a 5.
Anyways I'm off to bed.

Milk, they're saving Mark Henry and Big Show slamming each other for the PPV. MVP and Jericho put on a good match. The Diva's didn't ruin the show for once. The Hornswoggle shit was terrible, but beyond that, I enjoyed every segment.

Holy shit there were some classics that year, I completely forgot about it, I didn't start watching TNA until 2006, but I've had every PPV from 2005 and 2006 sitting here for quite a while and have viewed them many times. I've been on an AJ Styles kick lately and that was a helluva year for him, Daniels, and Joe.

AJ Styles is the best *I AM I AM* wrestler in North America. Daniels is sick as hell. Joe used to be better, but I think he's getting his swagger back a bit.
It wasn't the year as much as it was the Summer of 2005, and the reason it was that good was because they didn't have a television deal all throughout that time. And when they finally got one, they started sucking again.
But yeah... that Summer of 2005 for TNA was beyond awesome. The double main event from Sacrifice that year blows me away to this day.
Yeah, watching older TNA stuff again has reminded me of just how much I loved this company when I first discovered it. Jake actually recommended a shit load of shows for me when I first registered here. But they've just become so tediously boring this last..this last like year or so. There's good matches every now and then (like the women's No DQ match from Impact this week), but I'm just sick and tired of seeing some of these guys. Such as Booker T. Which is a damn shame, because I used to love Booker T. Now when he's on the screen I find myself reaching for the remote.
Fuck I hope TNA can pull their shit together. There's so much potential in that promotion for greatness, and they consistently seem to misuse that these days.
