Yeah I was kind of (and by kind of I mean really) drunk last night, so I passed out around 3. Come on during the day time sometime!

Of course I know this. Heel Punk is off the charts. Face Punk does equal lame as hell. But Face CH David = awesome. Duh lol. I'm not a huge gaping asshole. Although if people piss me off I shall call them out on it. But not preach about being alcohol free. Can't do it. Or promiscuity, it has been a while, but I can't preach against it.

Decriminalized. It's still technically illegal in many states, but the punishment is a minor fine. No different from a speeding ticket. In many other states as well marijuana is prescribed by doctors to patients who use it. In a few decades I imagine the US and most other countries will have finally completely decriminalized it. It's worked wonders for the Dutch.

It's still a federal crime though. The state might not punish you, but if a federal officer catches you, he is free to do as he wishes with you.
In the city of Denver, it is legal to smoke some pot, however, Colorado state police can still arrest you. That pesky tenth amendment is open to quite a bit of interpretation.
