if the proposed match is cena vs orton then how about having orton eliminate edge from the royal rumble. they could have a mini-feud before wm23.

They could also for storylines purposes, hav either edge or orton win the rumble, then the next nite on raw as they r still feudin with dx, hav one of them screw the other by leavin Raw and goin to Smackdown to hav a championship match, thus leavin the other to hav to get a new partner to help feud with DX. Tht keeps the Raw interestin by havin new person in matches. And the new partner could be Kenny as he is tryin to get into Rated RKO anyway.I know this wont happen, jst becouse its a bit farfetched but if they done somethin interestin next year it would make me happy.

i mean im not sure but if its not gonna be someone from that feud itd haveta be an up and comer...
kennedy very possibly, and cm punk very possible... or even RVD.
aside from then, it cant be anyone else... it just cant. and id be fine with all of that... unlelss its someone like umaga... but i highly doubt it. Cena still hasnt won but i think hell still be champ then... so idk... ya know honestly... if CEna is still champ at the rumble hes gotta be goin to the main event of WM... and it wont be against edge... sooooo
after all that blubbering, i think the royal rumble winner comes from Smackdown in MR kennedy!!!

it cant rly be someone from raw because the heels just arent good enough to fight Cena at WM... aside from edge and orton and they got the DX feud

Well i think Ken kennedy will get #1 , so teddy long can punish him somehow, or maybe Foley which will lead to Vince vs Foley, Teddy will maybe do that to Kennedy to possibly extend him of being top heel in smackdown.

Number #30 , probably someone in a comeback, possibly Y2J, or maybe even HBK , hard to tell really.

My royal rumble winners i think will be: Undertaker or HBK or Kennedy.

The last 2 Royal Rumbles have been to push wrestlers, eg: Rey and Batista so thats why i said Kennedy.

smackdown: id probably say undertaker or kennedy. kennedy because hes gonna get a title shot soon as hes probably one of the best on smackdown right now, and taker because they were talking about taker vs batista for the title at mania.

raw:theres no one real standout right now, so im not really sure. if umaga is not already going for the title at rumble then he's probably a good chance. also maybe nitro.

i doubt an ecw wrestler will win, but if one did, if say it would be cm punk

As of right now C.M. Punk has my money for the Royal Rumble match. He is an up and coming star that has proven to be worthy of the championship.



Bobby Lashley would have also been a contender in my opinion, but his chances have faded IMO with winning the ECW title.

Umaga, I can see it now. I think some how its going to end up UT main event and were is Umagas storyline headed right now? I see him taking the Royal Rumble by storm and getting tangled up in a feud during the rumble, Which will carry on to Wrestlemania.

I dont see it being anyone else other than Triple H. I see Edge winning the WWE Title before WM, and the Main Event being Triple H vs. Edge, its the only big money match they have left that can possibly be for the Title.

lashley and batista(as heel champion) is sick man i like that. I like Batista but really comeone other heavyweight wrestlers have asked for a match at the world hw championship but didnt get it. It's always Batrista.

you can rule out all smackdown guys except taker cause rememba the fact that mr mcmahon wants the batista vs taker match. also taker has NEVER won the rumble. you cant honestly see the undertaker retiring without winning a rumble match. hes been a 4 time champ, a tag team champ, a hardcore champ but he has never won the rumble (or even a secondary title. the legend of the undertaker not even being a triple crown champ). but still you should bet ur money on taker.

what i really want is CM Punk to win, i doubt that highly for now because why would you want an ECW guy winning the rumble. i see next year being punk's year but thats just me. but for who i think will win this year, it wont be any member of DX or Rated RKO. i definitely could see it being taker, with this being his last year more than likely, so he can go out in a title match at wrestlemania

I could see Kennedy winning it then going over to Raw and faceing Cena for the WWE title, remember a couple of months ago when he told teddy Long he wanted to go to Raw, this could be where he finally gets the oppurtunity, I could also see Taker winning it, but I hope that if he faces Batista at WM23 then it should be in HIAC, Batista once said that if he could have any dream match it would be agaisnt Taker in HIAC, so why not, I don't think any memberrs of DX or Team RKO will be in the Rumble, I see them finishing up their feud in some sort a specialalty match, maybe a TLC match for the tag titles, Cena will probably face Umaga for the title in a rematch, and Batista will defend his title in a match agaisnt Booker or Finley, though I'd rather see him defend it against some one else like maybe Kane, Benoit, or have an Interpromotional Champion vs. champion match agaisnt Lashley, if the last match doesn't happen then I see Lashley putting his ECW title on the line agaisnt RVD

Well since I've heard rumors of a Batista/Undertaker match at WM 23, where Batista would put his title on the line and Taker would put his WM Streak on the line, I wouldn't be surprised if the Undertaker would this years Royal Rumble. I believe the Undertaker is long due for a Rumble win, for being with the WWE for over 15 years, hasn't won a King of the Ring or Royal Rumble. So, I believe the Undertaker deserves to win the Royal Rumble this year, even though he should of won it like back in the mid 90's IMO.

I think there will be a Cena/Umaga rematch from N.Y.R. I think the first match will End up a D.Q. with Cena picking up the victory in the rematch.

I can see a M.V.P. vs. Kennedy match for a spot in the Rumble. Similar to the match between Big Show and Lesnar at the Rumble in 2003. In my oppinion Kennedy will win that match and then go on and win the Rumble.

I can also see Taker/Batista for the title. I cant imagine Taker loosing his winning streak let alone to Batista. They will get the match out of the way and Batista will face somebody else although i'm not sure who.

I rather see a Giant win it or Perhaps Carlito or Chris Masters (upcoming guys) Kenny can move to SMackdown and get rid of that sissy squad Captian make him go go up against Gregory Helms ( Hurricane)

i really love the poster, and it is the best i have seen lately.

I think HHH is going to win it if dx is gonna break up soon, becasue i see him getting another title run. If dx has a match at wm23 i have no idea who would win it. I guess orton would be my second guess
